We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The room was large and nice, and the spa was very nice and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only upsetting thing was cost of the parking.

I had a fantastic 3 days at this hotel all thanks to the front office team Michael and Jesska who both my stay amazing. I would like to also thank Jon and the chef at the restaurant at the rest of the team for being attentive and provide a great service. Generally, lovely hotel. Nice and clean rooms (you need to ask to clean rooms), only bit I didn't like - when they get large parties - the tables in a lobby are not cleaned from previous people. Last day or so, I got annoyed as we could not reach the hotel or restaurant by phone (bare in mind their hotel phone in a room has been broken, so I had searched through Hotels.com to connect me to reception.) - called restaurant by phone - no-one was picking up, room service didn't work. There are no places to eat around the hotel. So we stayed without dinner even though tried calling from phones (we were arriving late). My partner got there couple of minutes late and as we got to know the kitchen actually closes at 9pm - very odd as people may want to relax and have food late or arrive late. No food past 9pm. The bar closes early too. Last bit, we were travelling from UK - arrived late first night, pool is booked 2 days ahead. Good we stayed for 3 nights, otherwise we would have not even be able to use that pool which was the main reason I booked the hotel for. All in all a nice hotel but things like above are annoying.

I would say very bad service in the breakfast and really slow. Could not even got service before I needed to go to the office. Got compensate with double breakfast next morning, but yeah did not help much. There was also fire alarm in same day I happened to arrive to the hotel. Some doors closed automatically during the alarm, if was possible to open those doors manually but got confused to which way to go since doors were closed. I would say lot of things needs to improve in this hotel.

Personal som inte pratade svenska, hade svårt att förstå svenska namn, låg servicenivå generellt, missat bädda i extrasängen på vårt rum, ingen minibar, dåligt utbud avseende snacks o dylikt, dålig service i bar och reception. Dock rent o städat, enkelt men fräscht spa. Isolerat läge, inga butiker eller restauranger i närområdet.

Frukosten tråkig och hade inte ett så stort utbud. Personalen var inte snabb nog att sätta fram saker innan det tog slut. Det fanns inga teskedar? Det var rörig planlösningen så man höll på att krocka med folk hela tiden. Högljut och stökigt. Vissa saker, som varm chocklad, var man tvungen att beställa från menyn. Dåligt koncept att ha på morgon när man vill ha så lite kontakt med folk som möjligt. Jag hann nästan äta upp min frukost innan chockladen kom och den var redan halvljumen och hade fullt med klumpar i sig. En billig automat hade gjort ett bättre jobb. Det var dåligt med personal för att ha denna lösning också och oerhört dålig info om hur det funkade. Det skulle ligga menyer på borden men det gjorde det inte den ena dagen. Personalen hade dukat fram smutsiga bestik på bordet. Restaurangen hade problem vid middgen också. Maten tog lång tid att få trots lite besökare. Beställde en pizza och den smakade väldigt likt något man kan köpa i frysdisken och kanten var inte bakad ordentligt utan degig fortfarande. Inte värt pengarna. Personalen stod jättelänge och hängde och snackade med de i köket. Jag hade ätit klart för länge sedan men ingen kom. Fick tillslut resa mig och gå bort till baren för att betala. Sov bra i sängen, men rummet kunde ha varit bättre städat. Hittade bla hår i sängen som inte var mitt, något som såg ut som blodstänk på vägen i badrummet ect. Dricksvattnet var inte påfyllt. Spaet var trevligt och hjälpsam personal men dåligt med tider
