This hotel is small and family run. It is on the 12th floor by elevator and has an gob smacking view of the pyramids from the veranda. We could see the pyramids from our room as well, which had excellent aircon. There is a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the pyramids and Giza. They arranged personalised tours for us at our own convenience and the tour guide was exceptional. Above all everyone at the hotel was friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding and polite. We had a fantastic holiday in Giza/Cairo made more special by our stay at the Crowne Pyramids Palace. Very happy.

Fantastic family run hotel on 12 th floor. Views are incredible of the pyramids. Breakfast on terrace . Roof top bar with views of Giza. Welcomed at airport pick up and given Egyptian family meal on arrival. Reception give you anything you need and arrange transport to pyramids & a driver for day or however long you want to see attractions. Cannot recommend this hotel enough they are such a lovely family and everything you need ❤️🌍

I traveled alone to Egypt as a birthday gift to myself. I booked myself in for the entire duration of my 11 days stay at Crowne Pyramids View Inn. It was my first time in Egypt and it was the most wonderfully surprising experience of my life thus far. The accommodation, staff, food, service, friendliness and homelyness of all at the hotel was amazing. It will not disappoint. It is quite a gem and an excellent value for money. Now the VIEW, it literally unsurpasses anything you can ever imagine in terms of it name...it really is the CROWN of the pyramids view. You haven't seen the pyramids at sunset, unless you are seeing it from their terrace. Its a MUST experience hotel!!

I didn't like where we arrived they gave us a 1 Queen size bed, when we book for 2 Queens. Then when i complained i can sleep with my grown son the moved us to a room with 2 Queen size bed. But the bathroom stink so bad and i complained to them about that and it took the 2 days before we left to change us to a better room with no smell, 2 Queen size bed. It was a horrible stay for 8 nights!!!

We are are 4 people ! My husband and my two kids 13-15 boy and girl and have a wonderful experience !! This is our first time in Egypt and is awesome! When arrives somebody wait for us! Mohamed coming in nice SUV our flight arrives 1030 pm the hotel crew waiting for us, shuttle is included! -no hiding charges- the hotel is very nice, clean every day, breakfast included, and have the travel agency in same place ! Wow! Reasonable prices for all activities. Ahmed is the manager is a great chef! And he cook for us for dinner! He worked for Dubai Restaurant and the food have high quality! All the time we have Scort for buy around because some places over charge to the tourism but the personnel in the hotel come with us all the time and help us! I give 10 stars!!!! Definitely we comeback with all family and friends!!!! Activities and Guide Personnel is high profile tours in Spanish, English and local languages one of the guide Mohamed buy ice cream for us and I never have a detail like this in all travels an different parts of the world we visiting is awesome! Thank you hotel and travel agency!! We love Giza!! We love Cairo, We love Egypt! Thank you for everything!!

5 star family hospitality! If you are looking for a nice clean safe and affordable guesthouse, Crowne Pyramids View Inn is the place! From the minute we arrive the owner Ahmed and Mohamed made us feel right at ease. We arrived on a 5am flight. Their driver met us at right outside arrivals and took us straight to the hotel. We were very tired after a 19 hour flight, , they let us check in and gave us a temporary room to sleep until our room was ready around 10am. Ahmed personally catered to our every need and want and went well above and beyond to make sure our vacation went smooth. They arranged all of our private tours with very knowledgeable and friendly drivers and guides. I loved that we had the same driver/guide all week and all of our tours were private and included lunch and entrance fees. We became great friends with our driver, Islam. He even brought my husband a going away gift when he came to take us back to the airport! They made us feel safe and escorted us everywhere we went. Ahmed brought us around Giza to experience the local vibe, ride a tuk tuk and even invited us into his family home for a lovely meal prepared by his mother. We asked about arranging a ride to the mall and Mohamed personally drove us there and treated us to a dinner at a nice restaurant. The staff is amazing the waiters and maids were so friendly and always made sure we had everything we need. The views from both the terrace and the roof absolutely amazing!

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit hotel. Al het personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. De kamers zijn schoon, het ontbijt is goed. Laat je niet afschrikken door de negatieve recensies. Wij hebben ons geen enkel moment onveilig gevoeld. Winkeliers in de omgeving zijn super gastvrij en ga vooral de buurt verkennen. Ja er zijn omgevingsgeluiden maar je verblijft in een hele grote stad. Met oordopjes demp je deze bijna allemaal. Je verblijft wel in een islamitisch land en daar horen gebeden bij. Het uitzicht is vanaf het dak terras prachtig vooral rond zonsondergang. De excursies die het hotel aanbiedt zijn goed geregeld. Wij raden echter de nijl cruise af want die was verschrikkelijk.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Crowne Pyramids. The rooms were lovely and clean, with toiletries, tea/coffee & a fridge provided. The staff were really incredible, from the start I was told to think of them as family/friends and not to hesitate to say if I needed anything at all. It’s a family run hotel, and they’re doing really well having done everything themselves! Ahmed, who runs the hotel with his brother, actually invited me to their family home to experience Iftar with them as I was travelling solo and during Ramadan, and wanted to learn more about the culture & traditions. It was such a lovely evening, I met the family and we had the most wonderful meal and the opportunity to experience Ramadan in a family setting, rather than just as a tourist. The staff all really went above and beyond, recommending things for me to do, providing me with drivers/guides, great food & amazing company. I really was treated like family/a friend. I had many a conversations with most of the staff there and they took a genuine interest in my life, and told me about theirs in return. Also the most incredible views of the pyramids from the terrace & the rooftop.

Great view of Giza pyramids

We had the opportunity to enjoy the VIP suite (Luxury Room, mountain view). This suite really was special having a bathtub with a great view of the Giza pyramids. Enjoying the bathtub was a contrast to feeling dusty during most our visit to Egypt. Another great view was from the breakfast patio. Our only concern was the strength of the internet (something which seems to be common in Egypt).

Primeiramente é preciso dizer que chegamos bem cedo e, além da gentileza de oferecer o café da manhã, nos acomodaram poucas horas depois num quarto. Como possivelmente não era o quarto que reservamos, no dia seguinte, ao apresentar problema de entupimento no banheiro, nos transferiram para um quarto melhor. Crowne Pyramids é bem localizado e o pessoal simpático e atencioso.
