Paikka oli tuttu entuudestaan, mutta koskaan aikaisemmin emme olleet yöpyneet. Tietoja majoituksesta tipahteli tekstiviestillÀ ja Hotels.com sovellukseen. ViestintÀ oli, ehkÀ hieman sekavaa. Lopulliset avainkoodit tulivat sÀhköpostilla vasta noin klo 16:00. Sain ne kuitenkin kysymÀllÀ siistijÀltÀ ennen tÀtÀ. Saavuimme majoitukseen noin puoliltaöin. PÀÀrakennuksessa oli menossa riehakkaat Juhlat. Oikean huoneiston löytÀminen pilkkopimeÀssÀ ja vesisateessa oli melkoisen haastavaa. Huone oli siisti, ikkuna oli saapuessa auki, joten huoneessa oli melkoisen kylmÀ. SÀnky oli miellyttÀvÀ, mutta aamulla herÀtessÀni lakana oli valunut lattialle ja pussilakana pois peiton pÀÀltÀ. Liekö vika nukkujassa? Poikkilakanan kÀyttö saattaisi auttaa asiaa..Ottaen huomioon maailman tilanteen, turvallisuustekijÀnÀ olisin kaivannut huoneeseen televisiota tai radiota. Iso plussa huoneeseen tuodusta aamiaisesta! Se oli runsas ja maittava! Tuntui ihanalta syödÀ aamiainen kaikessa rauhassa ilman kiirettÀ. Kiitos!

Yöpyminen sujui kaiken kaikkiaan oikein mainiosti. SisÀÀnkirjautuminen vaati vÀhÀn tavaamista, jotta saatoin olla varma, ettÀ meille on huone varattuna. Huone oli pienehkö mutta toimiva yhden yön tarkoitukseen. Olisi ollut kiva, ettÀ Hotels.com sivuilla olisi ollut maininta siitÀ, ettÀ koirasta menee lisÀmaksu. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystÀvÀllistÀ ja huoneeseen tarjoiltu aamiainen tosi hyvÀ alku pÀivÀlle. Saunan puuttuminen vÀhÀn harmitti, kun se on kuitenkin mainoskuvissa ensimmÀisenÀ ja sai ainakin minut uskomaan, ettÀ se kuuluu huoneen hintaan tai on kÀytössÀ majoittujille.

Retkeilymaja vai Resort?

+3 hengen huone oli tilava +ilmainen pysÀköinti +siistit tilat +aamiainen oli maittava -huoneessamme ei ollut tv:tÀ. Rakennuksessa oli vain yksi "yleistila" jossa oli yksi tv. Ei ole toimiva ratkaisu, jos majoitusta markkinoidaan hotellina -huoneessamme oli outo haju, vÀhÀn kuin vanha hiki tms. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet olivat puhtaat joten hajun oli miltei pakko tulla sÀngyistÀ. Haju ei ollut miellyttÀvÀ -ei ilmastointia huoneessa, huoneessa +24C vaikka ikkuna oli auki ja ulkona +15C -asiakaskeittiöstÀ puuttuu liesitaso, siellÀ on vain mikro, jÀÀkaappi (ei pakastinta), kahvin- ja vedenkeitin sekÀ tarjoiluastiasto -uimarantaa ei ollut pihassa ja joki virtasi melko vuolaasti. EipÀ siinÀ lapset eikÀ kaikki aikuisetkaan voi uida -huone oli todella askeettisesti sisustettu. Koko "resortista" tuli nÀkemÀmme perusteella mielikuva enemmÀnkin entisestÀ vanhainkodista kuin hotellista. Voimme tietenkin vain kertoa nÀkemÀstÀmme. Jotkut nuoristohostellit ja airbnb:t ovat huomattavasti viihtyisÀmpiÀ ja puolet halvempia. Odotimme hotellia, saimme retkeilymajan.
