Excellent stay

Stayed here for one night after a long day at Disneyland Paris. Great location (just under 10 mins away) - parking is 10 euros for the night, which was fine, it was secure underground. Check in was prompt, room was lovely. Bed comfortable and very large! Two pillows each, nice big tv, excellent shower, clearly a new or very recent build, very clean, fresh and tidy. Will definitely return.

Lovely Stay

This was a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a family of four. It was at a good location just outside of Paris but close to both Disneyland as well as La Vallee Outlet Centre. I also want to give a shout-out to Bertrand at the front-office who has taken the best care possible of a lost plush toy and having it mailed to our end destination. That really saved out journey, so thank you so much for going that extra mile and saving our Europe-trip

AC did not work. The hotel staff were aware but made no effort to resolve the issue despite being quite warm. Also room cleaning not done despite requesting. New hotel with good location but service needs resolving.

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern but the temperature of the rooms let it down. Despite advertising AC, our room had none, instead it had the heat on (and it was 35degrees outside). We spoke to reception many times about this and were repeatedly told that this would be resolved and we’d have access to the AC but in the meantime they’d access it from their side and cool the room down. None of this happened. The coolest our room got overnight was 25degrees and left us unable to sleep and feeling very ill. We felt constantly brushed off whenever we asked about it and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Un séjour parfait ! La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable, le lit très confortable, aucune mauvaise odeur (ni tabac ni autre), tout était impeccable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. De plus, l’hôtel est très calme : aucun bruit pendant la nuit, j’ai vraiment très bien dormi. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Très jolie, chambre comme sur les photos. Parking avec accès direct à l’hôtel. Localisation hyper pratique entre Val d’Europe et Disney. Chambre propre, confortable et spacieuse. Personnel agréable. Décoration très jolie un petit coup de cœur pour cette hôtel.

La chambre est propre, le matelas très confortable et le grand écran personnalisé est appréciable. Cependant quelques petites améliorations comme une étagère ou un porte manteau pour poser les vêtements dans la salle de bain serait un plus. La possibilité de ne pas faire faire la chambre en contre partie d'une boisson offerte par occupant de la chambre est une bonne idée. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est assez varié. L'hôtel est très calme et proche de Disneyland et du Val d'Europe. Le restaurant jouxtant l'hôtel est un plus non négligeable.
