10/10 Exceptional

We had an extended weekend getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It was clean, quiet and close to everything and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was offered free of charge at the WoodGrill Restaurant was excellent. We will definitely be staying again.

Quaint and enjoyable

This hotel is central to everything. Sunliner Diner is across the street. Easy to get to and lots of parking. The room had a kitchenette. Clean room but well used. Its not fancy but its nice for anyone including families. Enjoyed the pool in late afternoon, less crowded. The hotel has a restaurant close by and we ate a good breakfast there. The staff were great!

I love this hotel! The only issue we had was the noise coming from other rooms… faucets running, AC noises, people talking… I’m not sure anything can be done about that but otherwise we loved the hotel and will be back! Might bring ear plugs though. :) the place was really clean and we felt safe! That’s really all I can ask for!

Very nice hotel

The hotel room was clean and we loved that it included a small kitchenette. The fireplace in the room doesn’t heat and was only for looks. The indoor pool is very nice and they even have a small game room with pool tables. The staff is friendly and we received vouchers to use at the restaurant next door for breakfast. We would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean. The amenities were nice. We really enjoyed the pool and the buffet. The only suggestion would be to put usb ports in the rooms. Most hotels have them now so I didn’t bring a charging block for my phone.

Upon start of room stay, we jad 2 issues that I asked at front desk to have corrected..These were physical type things to the room. We were very pleased to come back later that day and find both items handled. An older facility but was very convenient to the convention center.
ALLAN, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

The location is great, the room was clean and well furnished. I would have liked a little more information on the location of things in the hotel, the hours for the pool, check out time, etc.
Janet, 2-night trip

Great Location

We stayed for a night after visiting Dollywood. The staff we interacted with were friendly, the room seemed clean, the air conditioner worked well & wasn’t noisy like others suggested, it is a little outdated and could use some repairs but overall it was a pleasant stay. We didn’t opt in for breakfast, but the restaurant seems fine. Whatever they had for dinner smelled good. Gorilla Taco behind the hotel was delicious

Pleasant Stay for Price

The rooms were clean and passed the white glove test. Didnt really require a lysol wipe/spray wipedown unless one feels absolutely necessary. Only downfall is that the rooms where outdated but not terrible. The mountain/cabin decor (curtain, comforter, mattress etc) concept is great and all but it can be modern yet still not take away from the theme. Hotel is in close proximity to eveything, walking would not be an issue to your stay. Would not mind staying again.

The family suites were perfect! We couldn't tell from the pictures that these were actually two separate rooms in one with a small entryway that connects them. It gave each family privacy but also kept us together which was important for us!

It's a great location close to everything! The restaurant they give you vouchers for and pay for kids wasn't good.
