Bei Anreise niemand an der Rezeption. Mitarbeiter stand länger rauchend vor dem Haus. "Guten Tag" spart man sich im Hotel leider überwiegend, auch am Telefon (Erfahrung über drei Tage). Das erste Zimmer war wg. unerträglichem Gestank (schon auf dem Gang) unzumutbar. Das zweite Zimmer war gut und sehr groß, wurde aber nicht gereinigt. Frühstück war ok. Code für den kleinen Safe kann man nicht selbst vergeben, man muss ihn an der Rezeption erfragen u. darf ihn nicht verändern! Fragwürdige Diebstahlsicherheit! Eine absolute Zumutung ist der extrem langsame Lift! Bei Anreise über 10 Min. gewartet! Ich würde dort nicht mehr wohnen wollen.

Schönes Hotel, absolut zu empfehlen! Gute Lage zur Altstadt, geräumige Zimmer, nettes Personal. Buffetbereich im Frühstücksraum sehr beengt somit etwas stressig. Hier wäre eine Einbahnstraßenregelung hilfreich.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof Erfurt nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und auch sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Wir hatten das Zimmer 212 und damit ein sehr ruhiges, großes Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof. Das Zimmer hatte sogar zwei TV-Geräte. Das Bett war bequem und die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen. Ein Wasserkocher und einige Teesorten wurden im Zimmer bereitstellt. Ebenso zur Begrüßung zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser. Das Treppenhaus wurde gerade teilrenoviert, wodurch natürlich ein wenig Baustellencharme aufkam. Wer nur den Fahrstuhl nutzt, wird dies jedoch nicht bemerken. Es gab aber keinerlei Einschränkungen, z.B. durch Lärm, während des Aufenthaltes. Das Personal, unabhängig ob am Empfang, Housekeeping oder beim Frühstück, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu der Hotelbar kann ich nichts sagen, da diese während meines Aufenthaltes wegen Urlaub geschlossen war. Aber auch hier gab das Personal ganz tolle Tipps in der Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und immer bis zum Schluss frisch aufgefüllt. Ein schönes empfehlenswertes Hotel in Erfurt.
