An excellent hotel a short ferry ride from central Stockholm, the museums, and nature walks, all visible from the hotel itself. We encountered an external noise problem, which they remedied by moving and upgrading us to a suite.

Dålig service redan vid incheckningen, ingen att finna i receptionen så jag fick vänta i över 10 minuter. Dåligt rum på översta våningen, med fönster placerade så högt upp att det inte gick att se ut. Fönstren stod på vid gavel vid incheckning, så det var inte mer än 15 grader i rummet och det gick knappt att stänga dom på grund av höjden (jag är själv 189cm lång..). Hotellet behöver renoveras. Sammanfattningsvis mycket dålig upplevelse och jag kommer inte bo på detta hotell igen.

Väldigt trevligt hotell. Läget är fantastiskt och utsikten vacker. Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma och bjuder på många skratt. Maten samt frukosten är av riktigt hög kvalitet. Har bott där flera gånger och kommer definitivt bo där igen.
