The only problem we encountered is not having enough towels we asked for towels , called the front desk twice and never got any. As being a luxury hotel extra towels should be available upon request

This was my third stay here. This was the first time I got someone at the front desk that wasn’t too friendly. Other than a little wear and tear in the shower, the room was clean and I tend to to always enjoy my stay. Whatever scent is used throughout the property smells really good.

The desk was closed when we first arrived. When we did get a room it smelled of marijuana. The staff was nice and allowed a room change. All rooms were supposed to be smoke free. Many lights in the hallway are missing covers. The room was hot and stayed at 76 all night. We could not get it any lower. Now as far as outside the hotel…there are many homeless around. So you’ll have to valet your car for the night. Most restaurants are closed on a Sunday, which is when we came through. Bad timing.
