Needed a clean place tonsleep for a few hours and a shower before leaving at 5 am. Read the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. The reviews were spot on about cleanliness. The room was very clean, functional and great value for the price. The perfume/room Spray was string in the corridor but the room itself didn’t have any smells which is how I like it.

Nice, clean hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Only negatives were that the hot tub water was cloudy, so I didn’t use it although that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The ice machine on level 2 was not working. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was empty. Fortunately they had coffee near the check-in desk.

This sprawling property was probably once a very nice, modern hotel. It's now run down, dated and painfully under construction. After an 800-mile journey, my reservation was answered with no AC, no TV, no other rooms, panic-stricken staff and a lobby with a constant stream of complaining guests. If you don't have a hotel that is fully functioning, don't sell it as such.

It appears that new ownership has recently taken over. This is my first time staying here, but there is a lot of renovation and updating going on. Having said that, my room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and quiet. Very nice interior courtyard with swimming pool. And it truly is right on the river. While there is a lot of renovation happening, it was handled well with very little, if any, disruption. Great value for the quality of the stay. I can see this as being a "destination" hotel if they are able to continue the upgrades. Pretty sure I will be paying more a year from now.

Staff was great and very helpful. Room was for most part quiet. Refrigerator worked well. I did have problems in the room. Bed was hard and not very comfortable Phone did not work. Lights in the room did not all work. The clock in room not working Locking door system into the building is a pain when carrying into room. Needs to be unlocked till 9 or 10 pm. Nice part was several doors into the building.
