The location in Music Row was great we walked everywhere. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen could have been used to make meals it had everything. We were happy with coffee and tea and warming up leftovers. Building was quiet and neighborhood super safe.

We came to Nashville to cellebrate our 49th wedding anniversary, I got all of our check in information a few weeks before our trip and I received very detailed check in information the morning of our arrival, everthing went very smooth and the communication with our host was perfect The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay We used the kitchen every morning to make breakfast, the parking garage was clean the elevators worked as they should, there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, and paper towels The setting of our building was right on Music Row a lot of history, and many points of interest within walking distance All in all a great place to call home for a visit to Nashville

Great location and very nice unit. Although property doesn't have concierge or on-site staff the check in process was very simple once you use it. The Kasa team is very communicative to ensure you dont have issues.

The property was OK, but the air conditioner did not work and it was 75-77 inside our unit for three days. The toilet was running when we arrived and had to have maintenance out twice. The AC was never fixed. The door to the unit was difficult to lock as well. Management did not address our concerns with any urgency.

One complaint is the trash trucks come by multiple times a day and in the very early morning hours and almost shake the floors. I thought someone was pounding on our door to get in. Customer service is absolutely impeccable, even at 3am. Check in was a breeze, in and out access was so easy. The studio was impeccable. The bright white sheets even smelled great. 1 towel was deeply stained and 1 was dirty, but there where were many to choose from. I would suggest soaking the shower head, but the pressure was fantastic. These were minor compared to other places. I want to come back to Nashville just to stay here again!

Amenities not as expected. We booked this unit expecting a full kitchen because we intended to cook. The kitchen does not come with a pot big enough to cook, it only comes with a small pot. Reading the reviews now, I’m not the only one that faced this issue. It is extremely difficult to contact their support team, I only got a reply after 2 days of 2 emails, 2 chat support and a call that was put on hold. Finally the team gave me a reimbursement for the missing pot, but I would already be checking out in a day. I also chose this place because the bathroom picture showed a bathtub as my husband always prefers one. The unit did not come with a bathtub as shown in the picture. The bed is also on the softer side, lacking support it sinks to the weight of us, we’re both not big, I wake up with backaches every day. Other than that it is spacious and a decent stay. Location is convenient.
