Comfortable and convenient.

We arrived quite late at night - the reception staff were helpful. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. A kettle would have been useful. The breakfast choices were excellent.

Less than 10 minutes to Alicante airport, so very convenient especially if you have hired a car. Large 2 bedroomed, two bathroom apartments with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and patio in a quiet and beautiful setting on a golf course. Two very large swimming pools, however, unheated over the winter months. I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel as it was very close to the airport for our final night of our holiday, next time I book I will be making sure we stay longer. The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely sunny terrace. We loved the pools and the staff were excellent. We didn't want to leave!

Not worth it.

A bit run down hotel with to nice pools. The food is not to bad, but very simple. The staff is friendly enough, but did not manage to get us a big taxi. Cleaning is not a top priority! If you need a day at the pool close to airport - it can suffice

Perfect for mini break

Had a lovely 4 nights here with family. Pools were great and pretty quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was ok, good selection but cooked eggs, bacon etc was always cold. Lots of fresh fruit and pastries. Had lunch a couple of times, which was ok, but never wanted to stay in the hotel for dinner. Should have another more appealing dinner, not the same breakfast and lunch one. Every night we hot a taxi into Alicante, 10 mins and roughly around €15. Really great town and spoilt for choice for bars and restaurants. Our apartment was really nice, clean and spacious for 5, and great having 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge area. Yes would go back but maybe need a car as it is in the middle of nowhere.

Still excellent although needs a few things fixed

Still an excellent hotel and good value although not quite as shiny and new as it was 10 years ago. But the apartments are very spacious and the kitchen is excellent, some appliances don't work very well, the fridge seem to go on and off. But you don't get these in any normal hotel so generally very good. The air-conditioning is amazing, chills you Down to proper cold at night whereas most hotels just take the edge off the heat. The showers don't work very well where I was, barely got beyond a warm water but it was enough.

The apartment was functional but basic, no cushions for the sofa or outside chairs. No amenities in the kitchen, salt, pepper, oil etc and very limited kitchenware, not even an ice cube tray. No cleaning products, no washing up liquid, sponge or tea towel, no tablets for the dishwasher or washing machine. The location is remote, so the only options are eat every meal onsite, do a full shop for every household item or drive out 15 minutes. Usually in apartment stays you are provided with the basic necessities to allow you to make use of the facilities. We had an ant issue as well. Lovely setting and would stay again but would come prepared.

The rooms are a little dated, there’s only one TV in the living area. The bed was comfortable enough. Rooms were cleaned daily which was good. The breakfast times was good. Some variety in the food range is needed. We booked half board but the dinner did not offer variety there were preferential treatment to those paying on a daily basis as they got more options to order. We were the half board is limited to 3 main options and the kids menu only offered nuggets and burgers. Restaurants staff were really friendly while the reception is a hit and miss with the friendliness of the staff. The Hotel grounds are pretty although a little out of town 15 min taxi drive will set you back 30 euros better rent a car if you’re staying here. Overall the we had a pleasant stay.
