The experience was okay. I had an issue with the lift on the day of checkout at 6am in morning and none of the staff was available to quickly help. Additionally the intercom in lobby was not operational. The hotel says Airport Shuttle 24*7, but doesn’t say it is charged extra and that too about £16 /INR 1600 plus tax while Uber to the Airport is £2 /INR 200-240 all inclusive. So that too me is a clear cheat by saying 24*7 Airport Shuttle.

Holiday Inn is very conveniently located close to the airport. It is also right next to Saki Naka metro station. Ideal place to stay if you want to drop or pick up someone at the airport. Facility is great, food is superb and service is excellent.

Excellent nice clean hotel

A very good clean hotel with really excellent customer service provided. Only problem we faced with getting in and out of the hotel as it is too close to metro station. Really good food and breakfast selection mostly Indian food.

The Holiday Inn is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff who treated me special from the moment I checked in. My room was spacious and modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever seen. So many options and so tasty. I loved the professionalism of this hotel. I really appreciated the time Kinjal spent with me. Beautiful room...Airport close

I arrived at the reception desk feeling really horrible. The nice attendant offered water and was kind enough to direct his questions for check-in toward my daughter. He was very kind. Wish I was able to get his name. The hotel was very comfortable. The lighting was so calm and the fruit basket was a nice touch. It was so close to the airport. I Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay.

8 hours stay at Holiday Inn

We arrived late at hotel for chk in and was extremely tired. There was no staff at reception to do the chk in formalities. We waited for 15 min for their staff to arrive at the desk.Room was good and overall service after chk in was also good.Overall for 8 hours of stay we paid hefty 10k.

Loud hotel in a good location

The location is good (although the car entrance is confusing); unfortunately there is a VERY noisy bar next to the hotel, 2 nights in a row we couldn't fall asleep due to loud party up untill very late hours of the night (past 2AM!). The room was big and confort, but the shower wasn't too clean. We had to ask for a safe to ve brought to the room. The Spa is very nice and so is the room service menue.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Read my review and you’ll agree.

The front desk gave us a working key card to the wrong room, so we proceed to walk in and frighten some poor half-dressed Indian woman in bed. We go back down to the front desk, extremely irate (as this has never happened to us in many years of traveling) - I tell them to “please just give us an unoccupied room!”. The gravity of the situation was clearly lost on them, as they proceeded to give us the key card to a different *occupied* room, where the occupant assumed I was some kind of thief and would have probably attacked me if there hadn’t been a hotel worker helping us with our luggage to talk him down. Twenty minutes and two round trips to the third floor later, we’re now being helped by the hotel manager, who walks us to a third room and timidly opens the door to check the room is empty before letting us in - he then tries to pacify us with a free airport drop off and breakfast, and we’re too exhausted to even try explaining to him the gravity of the situation which seems to be lost on everyone working here (except for the guy who helped with our luggage). Would never ever stay here again, and hopefully the people in room 317/327 on the night of 11/25-26 leave reviews as well to verify what I’m saying. I can’t imagine anyone feeling safe in this place when the front desk can make such an egregious error two times in a row. Generally this is the last time I choose a holiday inn hotel in India, I’ve had perfectly fine experiences in every other country except here.
