Experiência negativa

O quarto é bonito e o café da manhã é bom, mas infelizmente não passa disso. Estava sujo (piso, peitoril da janela com comida, roupa de cama suja de cabelo). O colchão é duro, quarto com muita poeira e cheiro forte. Tanto eu, quanto minha companheira acordamos no meio da noite com a garganta inflamada devido a falta de limpeza. No entanto, vale ressaltar que não somos pessoas exigentes, afinal o barulho e a tv sem controle funcionando não nos incomodou!

Os funcionários não tinham preparo para receber os hóspedes. Fui colocada em um quarto caindo aos pedaços, com a porta do banheiro e outros móveis danificados. Não havia tapete no chão e a gerente ainda repreendia os funcionários na frente dos hóspedes. O café da manhã estava apenas razoável. Ainda bem que foi apenas uma diária, pois não suportaria passar mais tempo naquele lugar.

O hotel está aquem do que expõe em fotos. Atendimento precário e funcionários sem a capacidade de oferecer informações claras e necessárias. No ato do check in apresentado descaso com hóspede . Não haviam toalhas disponíveis no quarto e o banheiro com fiação e canos de esgoto do andar superior exposto, causando apreensão. O que salvou foi o café da manhã e a profissional que atendia o espaço do café. Mas poderia melhorar e muito mais devido a localização.

Foquei em um quarto com quarto sem mobília adequada ( não tem mesa de cabeceira, nem outra mesa para apoio), tv em cima do frigobar com risco de queda, banheiro com sujeiras incrustradas, toalhas de banho bem velhas, portas com cupins, não tem telefone no quarto, comunicação com a portaria pelo whatsapp mas demoram atender, café da manhã bem simples, sem muitas variedades.
