We just needed a night’s stay in Aguas Calientes and this place was ideal, well located for the station, restaurants and the bus for Machu Picchu.
The staff were accommodating and our room was clean and had a very comfortable bed.
The breakfast is adequate for what we needed and for the price.

Only here for one night - the location was convenient and the room was clean and adequate. I loved the view. Great value for what we paid.
Only issue was that when we showed up it took about 30 minutes to find the front desk person to check in (no one was there). Which was mildly stressful because we had about an hour until we had to jump on a bus up to Manchu Picchu.

The breakfast was the same typical tourist fare everyday but it was sufficient. There was only 1 towel per person, so I asked for extra as needed. The sink only has cold water. The shower was hot. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, no elevator- so be ready to hike up.

This is a river front property that is within walking distance to the town square without the noise of hustle and bustle. It is also next door to a restaurant with delicious vegetarian options, serving up one of the best ceviche I had. The room was basic, clean, and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. You have option to check ans leave your luggage with the recptionist while you do your day excursion. No complaints here.

The property was nice and clean. 3 men and we each had our own bed in one room. very convenient to the bus to Machu Picchu. We were a bit winded going up the stairs to the 5th floor, partly due to the elevation and our ages lol

It was good. Well worth the price point. The showers are a bit cold but I've come to expect this in Peru. Just more of a heads up really. Good location. Kind of on the end of the busy which is nice. I love that all you can hear is the river at night. No barking dogs is a win for sure. I cannot say that for anywhere I've been in this country so far.
Also...I still love it here. They just need to fix the dog situation like many places.

The sink kept clogging since the first time I tried to use it. The bed linens were clean but the mattress or pillow had a strong musty smell. There was yelling and slamming doors during the night, which the owners did nothing about. Breakfast was good, but the employee serving it acted kind of weird after I tried talking to her the second time (she answered politely the first time). I mean my Spanish is far from stellar but I'm sure what I was trying to ask wouldn't have inconvenienced her that much. It's $40 a night and below acceptable anywhere. You just can't chalk up shoddy service to being in the budget category.
If you're there for Machu Picchu, the shuttle and the ticket sales office is within a minute walk from the hotel.

Located so close to the Main Street. Easy walk to the market and restaurants for food. Tourist office and bus station are within 3 minutes. Only downside is there’s no elevator. We were on the 5th floor. So with the altitude and asthma, shortness of breath was inevitable. The rooms are clean and new. But bugs crawled everywhere. Oh well, that’s nature for me. So I left the bathroom light on all night and that’s where they stayed for the night. I appreciate the extra blankets as it gets cold at night. They made us breakfast to go for our trip to Machu Pichu. They were also fine with us leaving our stuff as we went for the tour. Very nice staff.
