Location and hotel enlightening

The location is excellent and a wonderful concept which is different to most other hotels. My only negative comment would be that with being on a business trip the seating to work at the desk on my computer was not the most comfortable.

We loved the character and the brasilian decoration of the hotel. The staff beeing brasilian were nice and friendly. It is walkable to the center. There is a bus around the corner and in 10min you are in very center of Konstanz.

A big thank you to Julia and Luana for great service and support! Me and my daughter had an amazing time and I will definitely be back and then together with my husband. Parking was great and not so expensive. Bus stop just around the corner and tickets we received at the check in. Breakfast great. Room amazing. Cosy and bed very comfortable! Obrigado!

Brazilian stay in Konstanz

We were very warmly welcomed by Jose N.! It was my wife’s birthday, he and the team sang happy birthday and even gave her a goody bag! Such a nice surprise! The breakfast was great with Brazilian treats and cakes. This is the 2nd time in a Rioca Hotel, we are very happy with the services. We will be back!

Realmente fabuloso

Simplesmente espetacular. Tudo novo, moderno, confortável, bem equipado, cozinha completa. A decoração com temática brasileira torna tudo muito acolhedor. A máquina de café na recepção, o tempo todo, é um mimo adicional aos hóspedes. A internet funcionou perfeitamente. O atendimento da equipe foi excelente. Foi possível estacionar gratuitamente na rua, adjacente ao hotel. Os 3 km de caminhada até o porto de Constança se dá, em grande parte, por um caminho muito lindo, na beira do rio e do lago.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll & tropisch gestaltet. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die kleine Miniküche in unserem Zimmer fanden wir zauberhaft & haben wir auch genutzt. Alles war vorhanden, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das Einzigste, was uns etwas irritiert hatte war das Parkhaus auf der anderen Seite. Es gehört mit zum Hotel, allerdings bezahlt man im Hotel einen anderen Preis, als auf der Tafel stand. Wir hatten unsere eigenen Fahrräder mit, wie andere auch. Da wäre ein Fahrradabteil/Keller schön gewesen. Man hatte Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad links vom Hoteleingang abzustellen, da standen aber schon viel zu viele Fahrräder, also haben wir sie immer auf dem Fahrradträger unseres Autos gelassen.

Tolles Themenhotel mit gutem ÖPNV-Anschluss

Das Hotel liegt (wie viele andere Unterkünfte in Konstanz) in einem Gewerbegebiet. Die Zimmer sind modern und bieten eine kleine Küche inkl. Geschirr, Spüler, Kochplatte und Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis von knapp 20 Euro pro Tag/Person nicht reichhaltig genug, Zutaten waren aber hochwertig. Dafür gibt es rund um die Uhr eine Kaffeemaschine zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Die Dachterrasse ist chillig und bietet einen Blick auf den Rhein und die Schweiz. Mit dem Bus (Bodenseecard gibt es dort gratis) ist man schnell in der Stadt oder auch auf der Insel Mainau. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße (unbedingt nur in gekennzeichneten Flächen parken!). Direkt gegenüber von dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Parkhaus für 10 Euro pro Tag. Ob Konstanz selbst eine Reise wert ist, muss man selbst entscheiden. Für uns waren nur Mainau, Reichenau und eben die Bodenseelandschaft Highlights. Die Stadt selbst fanden wir nicht ansprechend.

Nettes Hotel mit interessantem Konzept. Gute Lage, da der Bus fast vor der Tür ins Zentrum fährt. Durch die Bodenseecard, welche man bei ankunft elektronisch erhält, hat man freie Fahrt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Andere Vorteile haben wir nicht genutzt.

Hôtel très bien dans l'ensemble. Petits bémols....check-in et out à faire soi-même, le roof-top n'a pas de bar il faut donc aller au rdc ou ramener sa propre boisson et un peu petit par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel. Sinon rien à redire.

Late check-in is a nightmare

Yol durumundan dolayı otele geç giriş yapmak zorunda kaldık fakat 23:00 sonrası otel kapısı kapalıydı ve giriş yapacak bir imkan yoktu. Şans eseri Yürüyüşe çıkan iki otel misafirinin otele girişi ile içeri girebildik ve check in i kendimiz yapıp odalarımıza girebildik. Onlar olmasaydı kesinlikle sokakta kalacaktık. Bunun dışında otel temizdi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ücretsiz kahve ikramına müteşekkiriz.
