Love it or

I think this is a great Hidden Gem experience. It's not for everybody, but if you like a good value, atmosphere that is unique, good people watching opportunities, this is a great place to stop by. The staff is very friendly and it's generally a one-of-a-kind place.

Hidden Gem. We did a last minute reservation and the place was 100 times better than we could have hope. She customer service 10 out of 10. The girl that checked us in was extra nice. We got a 2 bed and the room was huge, the tub fits 2 full grown ups comfortably

My room had amenities that I would expect to see in a room priced 2 to 3 times more than this room was priced. The building is an older building situated next to I35 South which appears to be in a renovation stage. The only thing that was a little lacking was the parking area, but still quite acceptable.

Older, comfortable place at a reasonable price

The hotel is an older property that has been maintained adequately though it could use a fresh coat of paint in places. The main advantage is that the rooms are large and the walls are thick, making for a quiet experience. The location is good though entrance to the property is from a single, easy to miss driveway off a one-way feeder road; you have to keep your eyes peeled, otherwise it can take a while to get back there.

The hotel is 0 different than advertised! It is extremely run down and even has painted over black mold! I would not even have paid $50 to stay at this hotel let alone $200!

Pros: Great locarion, grewt value, beautiful building and really excellent and attentive staff. Cons: No working AC, unwelcoming and impolite signage, only 5 channels, insect husk found in bed, door lock batteries ran out and had to be replaced during stay, mattress seemed to be a foam pad, signs of neglect and simple lack of cleaning of things like shower and curtains, no maid service.
