Great room at a good price we were attending an event at Tottenham Stadium and it was ideal and not too pricey - great value for money we would stay again for sure!

Excellent! The property is very clean, well maintained, and very conveniently located to travel around in London. The road is very safe, though the surrounding area (near the station) is not the best in London. However, that is still very safe and I would highly recommend this property.

I stayed for one night for a concert in Tottenham Stadium and I can't fault it. It's close to Finsbury station, on the bus route to Tottenham Stadium, so ideal. The room was clean on arrival with good facilities, I had no issues during my stay.

The staff was accommodating, Mohammed was amazing. I would give it a 5 but the washroom was very pinch. Not much space in the unit but it served us well during our weekend stay.

Absolutely Loved It

Me and my sister chose the hotel last minute for a concert and we were so happy with the place. The staff were so nice and accommodating, the rooms are all newly done up and look amazing. It was such a nice stay and definitely a place that can be used for long trips as our room had a little kitchenette area. Recommended to my sister and friends for Wireless festival weekend as a great place to stay and will hopefully be coming back soon!

6/10 Okay

The area is very close to the train station and a nice park. Rooms were spacious with regular room service, but a couple things missing like no shower gels or toothpaste in the bathroom

Great stay

Easy to find, easy check in, staff member was friendly and helpful. Explained how everything in the room worked, showed me contact numbers, WiFi details etc. room was a studio flat basically, had everything you could need. Very modern, safe, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

Super clean & Quiet location

Very clean & quiet location very close to Finsbury Park Station.
A M, 4-night trip

8/10 Good

We liked the room with a view over the very quiet road with blossom covered trees. It was mainly pedestrians and cyclists that used the road as it wasn't a throughway. The bathroom was tiny, but as we're both small in stature, we were ok. We liked being able to cook our own evening meal and arrange our own breakfast. A tea towel may have been useful.

A bit hard to find and could do with a couple of bedside tables but otherwise a very pleasant stay
Harlan, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Delightful little aparthotel along a quiet, residential street (save for a few screeching foxes!) in an extremely convenient location less than 5 minutes’ walk from well-connected Finsbury Park station (Underground and National Rail). Very little noise inside the hotel and staff were helpful and respectful. Finsbury Park itself was literally at the end of the road, and if you’re a football fan then the Emirates Stadium was within easy walking distance. The room was spacious with a well-provisioned kitchenette (though could have done with a bit more crockery and a tea towel); the beds were comfortable although an additional pillow would have been preferable. The bathroom was functional and the shower pressure good (with both regular and rainfall heads provided) but it was a little on the small side and particularly had issues around placement of clothes/toiletries whilt using. Would definitely consider staying again in future if the price was right. Thank you!

Not fancy but close to transport and perfectly fine if you want a simple room. Location and price were great for my needs.

Great stay! Fantastic room, super clean and everything in good condition. Will definitely be returning
Melissa, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Nice but noisy.

I had a family room with a kitchenette a double bed and a single bed. It was at the front of the property and right next to the security door which is very loud whenever someone comes or leaves. I could heard every movement from the room above me but apart from the noise it was excellent. Comfy beds and well equipped and felt safe. This property is a few houses next to each other and is nicely done. I would stay again due to the general condition and location but I'd take ear plugs.

Check in was a little chaotic. Guy said I didnt have the right booking info, even though I showed him all the documentation received and the actual booking on Expedia app. He eventually allowed me to stay on production of my driving license. I'd booked a room with a double bed but he gave me a room with 3 single beds. All that said, the room was fine and more like an apartment (cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery). Also incredible value for London and very near the tube. There was someone in the reception area talking on speakerphone until about 1am, right outside my room, who i think was a member of staff.
Alan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

me and my partner felt like an inconvenience staying there. I made a mistake while booking and didn’t book for a second person but we were there overnight because we had a concert we wanted to go to in town, and immediately getting there, the guy at the desk did NOT want to do his job and was just overall rude. I was fine with paying the extra money to get my partner to stay, but the way it was handled was not fun. Wish I remember his name, but dude, go find something else to make money if you dislike your job so much. Our key cards didn’t work for the majority of the stay, had to call the owner (??) super late at night to get working. In addition, the shower head came off while showering, & there was a green tea bag taped to the ceiling (?? Why??) overall, would not reccomend this stay. would reccomend anywhere else for the price that I was charged. It seems like it’s good for a quick overnight stay for a bed to sleep on, but I’ve had better service at motels.
