Onzen is normal one without out door pool. Usually a good one should have out door pool. Breakfast doesn't have enough Japanese cuisine

The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and felt luxurious. We used the public bathing areas every night - they were very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were all extremely helpful and professional and made us feel welcome at all times. We had breakfast on one morning which was fantastic - there was a wide selection and everything was top quality. I can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay again on a return trip to Aomori.

The staff are attentive, helpful and well co-ordinated. Offers surprisingly great western style breakfast, you will get something like freshly prepared Egg Benedict, a machine that makes fresh pancakes, you can make your own fresh orange juice with the juicer just by loading the oranges of your choice. What can be improved? It would be nice to have 4 pillows for a double room instead of the current 2pcs. A bigger safe box in the room. Add-on coin laundry facility will make it great!

Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view of the harbor. A wellness center and not really a tourist hotel. No concierge service and restaurant hard to access. But staff was lovely and the public onsen first rate! It is literally in the train station which was great. You’d never know it, very quiet rooms. Beds and pillows a little austere. Close to harbor and several museums. I would recommend staying and I would stay again!

Very nice hotel, only opened in July 2024 so everything is spotless and brand new. Beautiful decor, modern and earthy toned and our room was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. Some very nice and thoughtful touches for our 4 night stay. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant were all very beautiful, with modern relaxing decor and an excellent ceramic collection. ReLabo is also very conveniently right next to the Aomori train station and bus station. When we arrived we literally walked off the train station elevator and there it was! It is very close to everything in the town centre including the amazing Neputa museum and there is a very good English speaking information centre just outside. This had all the info we needed for catching buses to the Modern art museum and the Joman village. We had a set menu in the restaurant which was very good, the steak was outstanding. You must pre-book for this, usually two days in advance. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. The staff were all lovely, very helpful, smiling, welcoming and friendly. We didn’t make use of any of the spa or wellness facilities. We really loved this hotel and recommend a trip to Aomori, it’s off the beaten track but very rewarding.

Check in was smooth and the staff was kind, they have an English version of the hotel information sheet as well. The clinic is also staffed with kind counselors, and they were open to listening to my situation and willing to use translators to make sure we both had a good understanding. The spa session was marvelous, and I could tell the masseur was well practiced. The atmosphere was soothing and I enjoyed the scent of the oils that were used. The yoga session afterwards also helped loosen my muscles, and the instructor included some English instructors alongside the Japanese ones. The public hot springs are free, and they also have private ones for a fee. I tried both and loved them. The water temperature was great for soothing away the stress of a busy life and the private one even included some snacks and drink. The restaurant has a nice view, and I could tell the chefs took care when making each individual meal during dinner. The breakfast buffet had a good spread as well The room was clean and very comfortable, with several amenities included. The room I booked was one with a long desk facing the window, which offered an amazing sunset view. Altogether, this is a very clean and lavish hotel with fantastic services and a kind and understanding staff. With a convenient location close to transportation options like the train, taxis, and buses, this is definitely a hotel I will come back to.

房間很精緻 Amenities 很好有lounge 提供咖啡茶青森蘋果和小食可是和伴侶同行，才知道有些分別就是男女浴場設施不太公平男浴場面對玻璃窗海景，女浴場卻沒有風景，不太明白明明玻璃窗設計應該是外面都看不到裡面浴場，卻只有男浴場可以看到外面風景另外男浴場有sauna,女浴場卻沒有不知道是否日本對女仕的浴場比較有顧忌早餐很滿意，種類很豐富， egg Benedict 很好食

오전에 도착했는데 방도 배정해 주시고 직원들 모두 친절하십니다. 룸에 카펫이 아닌 우드 바닥이어서 선택했지만 밝고 깨끗한 방을 배정 받아서 기분 좋았어요. 5박 6일 일정 중 마지막 3박을 레라보에서 묵게 되어 다행이었어요. 대욕장 이용시 항상 직원이 대기하며 인사하는데 살짝 부담이었구요. 굳이 이 호텔의 흠을 잡자면 욕탕에 갈때 이용하는 실내복 상의가 불편해요. 그리고 방이 동향이라 아침 햇살이 너무 강렬해서 다음엔 서향을 이용하고 싶네요. 암튼 레라보 호텔 만족이라 다음에 아오모리를 또 찾을거 같네요. 주변 편의성도 뛰어나요. 아래층 백화점의 식당도 맛좋은 음식이 많아 만족했습니다.

非常好

非常滿意！地點就在青森車站上蓋，一出JR就直達酒店非常方便。房間乾淨舒服（枕頭我個人覺得不夠高）。浴場也很好。健身室就太細了只有幾部機。最滿意個休息室風景很美，果汁零食任食。青森首選。另外，hotels.com 的房間介紹圖片跟現實有點不符，但也足夠漂亮
