Great location just steps from the heart of Istanbul, and the staff truly go above and beyond – incredibly warm, helpful, and service-minded. While the hotel is a bit dated, it’s still comfortable and offers good value. I wouldn’t recommend the jacuzzi rooms, as they have no windows and an unpleasant smell. However, thanks to the fantastic team, especially the person managing breakfast, our stay was still a very positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Triada, breakfast buffet is very good, breakfast waiter, typical kind turkish man with hospitality, was very nice to us, he offered also omelette, turkish coffee after breakfast. Variety of breakfast was good and tasty. Our room was at 2nd floor 202 room with hot tube but without window :-( it was not so nice! Pictures on hotels.com looks better than in original state.
