Lovely hotel in a great location. Large and comfortable room and staff friendly and helpful. Great rooftop bar. We were a little worried about the car parking situation before our visit but the process works really well with an excellent shuttle service from hotel to car park and vice versa.

The parking facilities are (if you are lucky) an available space back the building, which the concierge said that it was for residents in the area only. He try to make you buy a valet service in a modern parking facility which obviously is not included in the fee.

I couldn’t check in for over an hour. They left me stranded. Door closed and no one at the desk. There was another gentleman also trying to check in. He told me he was there for business from Milano, he got annoyed, booked somewhere else and left. The lady finally showed up and blamed it on Expedia. The hotel is gorgeous, super comfortable and very clean.The location is perfect. Steps away from the piazza. I would book here again, next time I would call and make sure they’re at the desk before showing up.

Do not park outside the hotel

Do not park outside the hotel.When you leave the main street and enter the stone road to the hotel you will be fined 35.00 euros the hotel doesn't tell you this until it is too late. Also, you will have to drive through free narrow streets to get out. Breakfast at the hotel is a pastry and coffee not much of a breakfast. Overall this is a nice hotel in a great location just be aware of above.

Cannot park at this property although their system was very efficient. Parked 10 minutes away in a garage and was driven to property. 2 minute walk from dropoff. Beautiful 300 year old building converted from convent 20 years ago. Amazing breakfast in beautiful setting . Had a problem with our doorlock but they offered us one night free for the inconvenience . Wanted to change rooms but they were full so compted us the night stay. This village is 15 minutes outside of Bari, easy train ride to Bari. Very glad we stayed here, quiet peaceful setting away from crowds of Bari.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft- historisches Ambiente

Sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft in einem alten ehemaligen Kloster. Achtung bei der Anfahrt, das Hotel liegt in einer Fahrverbotszone ZTL. Man kann in der NĂ€he in den Straßen parken, in der Nebensaison sogar kostenfrei. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen und hatten eine Suite fĂŒr 4 Personen. Die KĂŒchenzeile ist praktisch mit KĂŒhlschrank und zwei Herdplatten. Trotz Wintertemperaturen war die Unterkunft mollig warm. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist sehr gut, der FrĂŒhstĂŒcksraum hat ebenfalls Ambiente, das Personal wie immer außerordentlich nett und aufmerksam. Zentrale Lage im Ort, alles ist fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen, auch sehr gute Restaurants und der Marktplatz als abendliche Flaniermeile. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.
