Beautiful, clean room with a gorgeous view from the private deck. We had our own personal hot tub on the deck and it was clean and the perfect temperature. Very close to Estes Park and even closer to the entrance to RMNP. Private parking spot so no worries about where to park. The room also had a lovely gas fireplace but we didn't get to use it. The only issue we had were the chain smokers on the next deck over. The lodge website says it's a "non-smoking property" but when I asked about the smokers since the smell was awful, I was told there is no smoking in the rooms but they can't control what people do outside. Then please don't advertise yourself as a non-smoking property. We should be able to sit in our hottub or eat on our deck without the constant stink of cigarettes.

We run into a few inconveniences, but we still enjoy the time * There was blood in one of the pillow cases * The sheets on the bed you pulled from the wall were smelly, not fresh and clean. * We were not able to use the coffee maker * I called the line 2 times and never got anyone to answer
