Z Hotel The Strand

Great location, with gated pathway after a certain time of night. Room was clean and ideal for myself and my daughter. We had in room amenities which were complimentary. Staff were friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely short stay in perfect location

Very clean, no window ground floor accessible room very spacious. Right next to reception desk so expect to be disturbed when guests arrive if looking for quiet. This didn’t last all night though. Location was excellent and the room itself more than made up for any small inconvenience of noise in the lobby!

I was pleasantly surprised. Yes the rooms are TINY and the bed is up against the walls with a tiny space at the bottom and 1 side. I probably wouldn’t stay more than a couple of nights but it does exactly what you need it too. Staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for you. I requested more tea and milk and was pleased with tea pigs. Great location right close to the theatre I was going too and walking distance from tube amd Covent garden right behind

Not worth it for the money.

Definitely not worth it for the money. It felt like a hostel. Not much for room amenities. A hair dryer would have been nice, conditioner too. Had to basically leave my room to give my significant other some bathroom privacy.

The hotel was fine. European style. The room was very tiny with no room to move and put your bags and no chairs and the entire bed was on the wall so you only had one side of the bed to sit on. Also the bathroom didn’t have a door it was a sliding frosted glass panel that did not technically close. The outside noise level was abit high until about after 12. The hotel sits on a Main Street. Staff was friendly courteous and exceptionally nice.

Rimelig, sentralt og helt greit for oss. Vi var forberedt på små rom men rommet fungerte veldig greit selv om man ikke har noe sted å henge klærne. Likte godt at det var vannkoker, kaffe, hårføner og sjampoo på rommet. Vin og ost på lørdags kvelden var populært og veldig hyggelig. Slik følte man seg ekstra verdsatt som gjest. Well done!

Stayed at the Strand hotel as it was the perfect location for our afternoon tea at the Savoy. All was good. Very small room that we expected as we’ve used Z hotels before. But they are always comfortable. Still not sure why they have glass partitions around the toilet. Although they are frosted you can clearly see your partner on the toilet 😂. TV is always good so make sure you turn it up loud when your partner is in the bathroom 👍
