Clean hotel with friendly staff

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. The view from my room (as well as dining area) was stunning! The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. They also have a washer and dryer to use - dryer was a bit confusing but it all worked out! I really hope I’m lucky enough to stay here again one day!

Great location, clean and spacious room. Average included breakfast, but the restaurant was very good, as was the service. One disappointment was the self-service laundry, which consisted of a single, small washer and dryer which we had to pay 5 swiss francs each to use ($12.50 USD). We had to wait to use them and the clothes came out of the dryer still damp.

This really is a large bed and breakfast in terms of the family atmosphere, friendly staff and community vibe. Murren is THE town to stay in and this is THE place to soak in all that the Alps has to offer with a very reasonable price point (especially for Switzerland).
