Estadia confortável

O hotel é belíssimo; contudo, estivemos hospedados durante um período de reformas, o que ocasionou barulho já nas primeiras horas da manhã. Nosso quarto, com varanda e vista para o mar, poderia dispor de um isolamento acústico mais eficiente, pois o ruído proveniente da rua causou certo incômodo. Considerando o padrão do hotel, senti falta da disponibilização de roupões, item que faria diferença na experiência. Apesar desses pontos, considero que a hospedagem vale a pena: o hotel é lindíssimo, muito bem localizado e próximo a diversos atrativos. Destaco, ainda, a cordialidade e educação dos funcionários, registrando aqui, em especial, o atendimento da colaboradora Virna, que se mostrou extremamente simpática e acolhedora. O café da manhã é excelente, a comida do restaurante também!

Comprei um quarto mais caro vista para o mar mas me colocaram no térreo com vista para o mar. Cheguei no hotel as 11 da manha e nao quiseram fazer o check in antes de 2 da tarde. Fui fazer um passeio e qdo voltei me colocaram no pior quarto com vista para o mar porque era o unico que tinha.Nao compensa pagar quase 1.000,00 a mais para ter suite superior nesse hotel. Pedi para me colocarem num qarto vista piscina e me devolrem o dnheiro.mas disseram que como foi comprado via hoteis.com nao poderiam fazer nada e hotel estava cheio. No dia seguinte a tarde me oferecerem o primeiro andar para trocar mas terreo ou primeiro andar tanto faz. Pessima experiência.

Razoável. Facamos num quarto no 2⁰ andar e estava com muito cheiro de mofo. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas a gerente informou apenas que a governança iria colocar ozonizador durante o período que iriamos nos ausentar do hotel naquele dia. O café da manhã satisfatório. Almoço no restaurante é a la card e o prato que pedi (peixe) não estava saboroso. A área de lazer é agradável. Hotel tem boa localização.
