Air conditioning was excellent and we had breakfast at the Perk around the corner; It was a sweet little place to sit and visit. The breakfast food at the Perk was good but maybe just a tad spicy for us.

A Hidden Gem.

First time staying here. Very clean, quiet & comfy. At check in we were asked if we needed parking. Yes we do. Ok, it is an additional fee. Note: posted signs in front hotel states 2 hour parking only! We were forced to pay for parking directly on side the hotel which could have EASILY been complimentary, because nothing else was.

Left the room early in the morning and returned around 5 p.m. The room had not been cleaned and there were no fresh towels. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting us fresh towels and cups for the room.

Gulfport weekend

Air conditioner could use a cleaning in room 12 I'm assuming that's why it couldn't keep up with the heat outside during our stay. Wifi was very weak as well. Maybe it's because of the building. Otherwise, everything else was great. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfy, room was very clean, towels were high quality. Great location near a bunch of nice eateries.

I really liked the art Deco motif, it was like stepping back in time. The two gals that I encountered Megan and Liz we're both kind and considerate, I found them to be very professional in their jobs. Both, had great personalities and we're very kind to a weary traveler. Only problem I had, was in finding the place, Google maps failed me.
