Hotel had excellent front desk staff. Room was very clrean. Water pressure in shower was beyound good. Frist time I liked hallway carpet in a hotel!

Upon arrival to check-in, staff sat in seating area and asked how could they help. Customers should be greeted upon arrival at the desk. And not appear annoyed, despite checking in at 9:30p. Otherwise the property & room were clean and in working condition.

The rooms are great. Very modern and efficient. I only wish Hilton would have put a little more into sound proofing. When checking in both Cassandra and Jayden were fantastic. Jayden even volunteered to come in early to prepare breakfast because of a wrong listing about the start time.

We were on a one-night stay on our way South. The hotel was clean, our reception was great. It is a unique hotel, very new modern style, no closet but an exposed rack for courts and all. Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, coffee was strong and hot. A very successful stay.
