The frontdesk staffs are very friendly and very tentative to your needs. We arrived early in the morning and their willingness to keep our luggages so that we could walk around the city prior check-in. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. In a very convenient location near lots of restaurants, stores, clubs, bars etc. A 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station, however in a very busy location so I would not recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot. Overall 9/10 experience!

Nice hotel, good bathroom facilities with a deep bath, perfect as some who is 6’2”, I was able to soak up to my neck comfortably. Room size was on the snug size with two full size suitcases and carryon taking up a fair amount of the floor space, but not unusual for the location. The beds were a bit on the firmer side, a little too firm to allow for solid sleep, but that might work for others. Amenities included were the usual affair, and with a good sized 7/11 and FamilyMart on either end of the block, supplies were easily accessible. Far enough out of the main hustle of Shinjuku, but close enough that walking to the station is a 7-10min stroll. Hotel was doing renovations on some floors when we stayed, however the noise levels were unnoticeable, and the construction crews polite.

Great stay. Lovely room, went with queen size as lots of Japan hotel rooms are quite small. Easy travel to other neighbourhoods via metro which was max 12 min walk. In the busy area of Shinjuku which is interesting to walk through at night at times but felt completely safe. Close to other nearby areas E.g. Golden Gai, Omoide Yokocho and all the shopping areas. 7/11 right outside so great for morning coffee run! Would definitely recommend and stay here again if was in Tokyo!!

Super friendly staff. Room was very clean. Not a lot of room for luggage but it did its job. Big bathroom. Maybe a 10 minute walk from the train station. Lots of little food places nearby to eat at. Several convenience stores within a block or 2. It’s in a safe area. If you look like a tourist you might get offered a massage while walking at night. I seen lots of family’s enjoying the area.
