Good hotel and good location to airport

Good place to stay. Need to book shuttle 48 hour ahead and catch it on the French side of airport. Paper cups were eco- friendly, but did not hold up well. Glass or ceramic proffered. Breakfast was good and very well organized.

it's a nice place and close to the airport. However the room is very small and the shower is not functional unless you don't mind cleaning up all the water on the floor each time you shower. The staff were very helpful and did what they could to help.

The hotel seemed new and clean- the condition of the room was quite good and the bed was comfortable. However, we did have some problems. The area around the hotel was nice, but not very convenient for travelers- just a residential neighborhood. There was a problem with the wifi and cell phone service does not reach well into the rooms. Finally, even though there was a sign about the tap water being unclean temporarily, the hotel did not provide any bottled water. We were able to buy water from the vending machine in the lobby.

Robotic hotel without human touch.

There is an auto check-in system which just didnt work. Was stuck outside waiting for 30 mins to check in. Thanks to a gentleman who came out for a smoke he helped me. Even then had to call for help 3 times on helpline to get it working. Tried to arrange the morning airport drop off and the communication from the hotel was poor. But apart from above, just spend one night and the hotel itself was nice, clean & basic. It just felt like one of those robotic hotels without human touch. I hope this is not the future of travelling!

Seul le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait digne d'une plaisanterie: 1 marmite de lard et 1 autre d'Ɠufs brouillĂ©s, les 2 Ă©tant froides. Mon mĂ©contentement est surtout Ă  propos du prix auquel j'ai rĂ©servĂ© ma chambre sur hotel.com. Un prix annoncĂ© Ă  131€, avec une belle remise Ă  118€ car j'utilise l'appli mobile. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant Ă  l'hĂŽtel et en lisant un prix Ă  90€ mais Ă©galement bien infĂ©rieur que hotel.com sur le site internet de l'hĂŽtel, pour la mĂȘme prestation et des conditions d'annulation plus favorables. Je serai plus vigilant Ă  l'avenir: Ă  quoi ça sert d'avoir 1 nuitĂ©e gratuite au bout de 10, si chaque nuit coĂ»te 20% de plus Ă  chaque fois ?

J'ai rĂ©servĂ© via hotels.com en novembre en payant en ligne mais pour rentrer dans l'hĂŽtel j'ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de payer Ă  nouveau mon sĂ©jour. Suite Ă  la rĂ©clamation auprĂšs de la plateforme, on m'a garanti que j'Ă©tais immĂ©diatement remboursĂ©e, mais 20 jours plus tard, force est de constater que je n'ai pas Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©e. Je n'irai donc plus jamais dans un B&B, ce n'est pas comme si ça manquait de concurrence. Je n'ai aucun soucis avec les check in automatiques, aucun soucis avec les codes d'entrĂ©s ni avec le fait de ne voir personne durant mon sĂ©jour, par contre, payer une chambre de cette qualitĂ© 175€ parce que je l'ai payĂ© en double, c'est fort de cafĂ©.
