Great affordable hotel. Everything was well done. No breakfast but fridge and coffee maker in the room so we just did cereal and that worked great. Clearn and updated property that was so charming and great pool with games like cornhole that my kid and I enjoyed. Staff was responsive and super helpful with anything needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Dunes Hotel- an unexpected treat

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location was within easy walking distance to stores and dining spots. The hotel was clean and quiet and had a great pool area which the family enjoyed every day. We also used the free bikes and spent an afternoon exploring the area. We would stay there again.

Funky Elegance

For what I paid, I expected a rundown, depressing experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Dunes is old, but is in great shape and it's clear the owners and staff take pride in keeping it up. This hotel is a delight with lots of great features like a game room, pool and workout room. It is funky and cool and well-placed for an easy walk to the downtown area. I will be happy when I can visit again.
