Exceptional Stay in Heart of Istanbul

The new Rixos hotel was absolutely fabulous! From the stunning views to the thoughtfully designed interiors, every detail was impeccable. Its central location made it easy to explore all the historic neighborhoods along the Golden Horn, whether by taxi or private water transfer. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience, it’s an ideal choice for both longer stays and layovers. Highly recommended—I would definitely return! Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

The property is beautiful however you need to take taxis to and from to get anywhere. Also the food is fabulous but expensive as are the drinks. Great gym facility and beautiful terrace overlooking the river

1- accessibility to and from hotel is very bad. 2- didn’t offer anything for an Expedia platinum member. 3- staff needs extensive training 4- this is not a five star luxury hotel the room was bad 5- the guest relations manager apologized and was very kind

Worst check-in ever. We had booked 2 Premium Rooms - Kingsize Beds - Partial Sea View. When we arrived at 3 pm to check-in the hotel was overbooked. We had to wait 3 and 7 hours after check-in until we got the rooms we had booked. That is simply not acceptable. We were given a cup of tea as compensation. It ruined our entire experience of your beautiful hotel.

Peaceful Istanbul hotel

Very nice hotel in a new up and coming area of Istanbul. Right on the water. Seems that it used to be some sort of industrial complex before. The main hall is very nice. The breakfast buffet is a dream. Service is impeccable. A nice shout out to the concierge lady. Super helpful. The room was well set, with 2 separate areas which worked well for our daughter and usa. The construction outside was a bit annoying. The shower leaked into the main bathroom floor. But everything else was amazing. Definitely recommended for families, with great views of the city, but without all the noise of the downtown streets.

Terrible internet. There is NO functional wifi around the hotel property, inside the hotel and within room. I’ve told hotel staff many times—they don’t care. There is heavy construction onsite—very noisy. Staff speak minimal English. Coffee throughout property is Nespresso (the same u have at home) except that they charge $10 for a cup. You can only get proper coffee at Josephina. Location—odd area—tight streets, hard to find taxi. Food selection is minimal—I don’t go to Istanbul to eat sushi or Italian. They don’t have a good selection of Turkish food. Property is isolated—u can’t go out walking to find restaurants; it’s in a dangerous neighborhood.

Çift tatili

Açılalı bir sene olmuş ancak hala çok eksiği var. Özellikle kalifiye eleman ve havuz hijyeni konusunda çok eksik. Çok iyi servis elemanlarına da denk geldik fakat çoğu yetersiz bilgide ve eksikleri var. Sonsuzluk havuzu görüntü olarak gerçekten çok güzel yalnız martıların pislikleri içinde, yabancı turistler bunu pek dert etmiyorlar ancak bizim için çok büyük bir eksiydi. Kahvaltı büfesi oldukça geniş ancak tatlı seçeneklerinin daha geniş ve kaliteli olmasını beklerdim. Havuz kenarında yiyecek servisi yok hemen arkadaki cafe kısmında servis alabiliyorsunuz orada da plastik kadehler ve bardaklarla kokteyllerinizi içip karton bardakta kahve içiyorsunuz, keyif ve prestijli olmasını beklediğiniz tatil için bunlar küçük ama hoş olmayan detaylar. Genel anlamda hizmetin oturması için birkaç seneye daha ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. otel çok büyük, odanıza ulaşırken asansörü kullanmak için oldukça fazla yol kat ediyorsunuz. Olumlu yönlerine bakmak gerekirse de manzarası harika, odalar oldukça geniş ve keyifli. Kahvaltı servisindeki personelin ve conciergedeki görevlinin ilgisi, bilgisi ve nezaketi çoğu şeyi telafi etti.

Best hotel in istanbul

We really enjoyed Rixos tersane, we loved the infinity pool with beautiful view of city and sea . Breakfast was great . The new mall and restaurant right in front of the hotel . Rixos has many restaurant inside like vedra , josephin . Next door there is another hotel that offers a beautiful parisian show with good vibes that is only on friday and saturday nights . I loved the gym and spa area too the workout machin were all high tech , i loved steam room and sauna too and after that they offered coffee , water, juice. The hotel was calm and had a beautiful design too

El servicio de limpieza el primer día vino a las 5h de la tarde, La habitación muy ruidosa, estaban haciendo obras y me tocó delante de estas Pague habitación con vistas parciales al mar y me tocó una habitación al final de todo que no se veía nada Me dijeron que me harían un dto/ abono por las molestias del ruido y no he recibido nada
