Check-in 시에는 주차가 좋았으나 저녁식사후 호텔에 들어왔을 때 주차가 거의 어려웠습니다. 다행히 벽쪽에 간신히 주차했으나 걱정이 되었슴. 예약시 주니어 스윗으로 공원방향으로 했는 데 요청데로 1704호에 배정 투숙하여 전먕과 숙소 대부분이 양호했습니다. 차후 Hotel's com에서 좋은 기회(특별가격)시 스윗에서 투숙하고 싶습니다.

Great hotel but not great service at the pool area

We chose this hotel since it had a swimming pool without realizing that we had to pay for it. It wasn't cheap at all for the hotel guests either. i was only going to drop my daughter for swimming but I had to pay myself for entrance even though I wasn't going to use the facility, nor was I allowed to go out and buy some coffee while I was waiting for my daughter to finish swimming. Not very friendly and welcoming service at the pool reception.

Overall decent

The hotel itself was beautiful. It was very clean and the dtaff was friendly but tgey offer no assistance for early arrivsl other than bag storage. Not allowed to use the pool or anything else before you check in. It is tough to walk around the city for 5 hours after a 15 hour flight with 2 toddlers.
