As long as you can read an email or scan a QR code, you will be fine. Check-in and check-out process is easy. Location is great, a 7-11 is about a five minute walk. Free drinks in the fridge was a nice step too.

Very clean and tidy inside and outside the room. The washing machine was great and I am confident to wash my clothes with that. The hot sping and saunna room inside were spotless with perfect temperature. We had an extremely good experience in that. We loved that we could hang out together freely inside the living room. The great maintenance of the room gave us very memorable moments.

Fantastic Stay!

This hotel was amazing… the most beautiful views, spacious, clean, loved the balcony and the onsen overlooking Mt. Fuji. Would stay here again. Great for a family trip or a couple stay. Arrived late night and didn’t realize the 7-11 was just 1 minute down the road.

We have traveled extensively around the world, and can honestly say this is one of (if not the best) accommodations we have experienced. The expansive layout and breathtaking views were nothing short of spectacular. We were pleasantly surprised with the high-quality snacks and drinks as well as conveniences that are not common place in other locations. We appreciated the security of the building as well as its proximity to locations we were intending to visit. We were initially concerned about the check-in procedure, however it was quite easy and the process was quick with the instructions provided. We can't recommend these accommodations high enough.

The best view of Ashinoko, Fuji mountian combined. You can't find another hotel has a better view. However the lofts on the first floor might get blocked views because of the yard fence and trees in the front. There's a 7-11 just across the street, which is convenient to get quick food. The only drawback is that this hotel doesn't have a restaurant and restaurants nearby closes very early in the evening.

Beautiful hotel. Free Parking. Clean. Great view of lake and Mt. Fuji. Short walk to 7-11. Instructions for check-in sent the day before. Easy process and had no problems. Note that there is no hotel staff on site for check-in so you won't be able to send your luggage ahead of your arrival.

We loved our stay here! Based on reviews, I made sure we had instructions for check in the day before, so everything went smoothly. The private onsen and view of the lake was AMAZING. We could see the the Hakone shrine gate from our living room. Extra food amenities in the frig for us was a great touch. Only glitch was that we couldn’t get the vending to work to refill coffee. But once our Japanese friend joined us, it worked on her phone. Restaurants close early in Hakone, about 5-6pm, so eat early or it’s Seven eleven (which we actually liked!) Wish we could have stayed longer!

A delightful cabin next to the lake with views of Mount Fuji (although our ground floor apartment had restricted views because of the trees - but not all ground floor apartments had this problem). The hot spring bath and foot spa were utterly delightful though and the projector was a nice touch to relax after a day of walking, even if I would have rather been looking at Fuji, my daughter loved it.

Good but need a bit improve

Overall, it was a great stay. The location is perfect and the room facilities are excellent. The hotel is right by the lake, only a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven and the pirate ship pier, which is very convenient as everything else closes at night. The in-room hot spring was ready-to-use with perfect temperature, and there’s even an outdoor foot bath. The only downsides were parking and communication. Parking is across the mountain road, which feels unsafe unless you use the pedestrian bridge. More importantly, communication with the staff was stressful. We received unclear instructions, and on the morning of check-out they kept calling with unreasonable requests. This definitely needs improvement, especially with English support.

El apartamento es espectacular. Súper bonito, moderno y ubicado en un enclave inmejorable, veíamos el Tori de la Paz en frente cuando se disipaba la niebla.... Impresionantemente bonito. Para ver el Monte Fuji hay que tener suerte 😅. El Onsen en la propia habitación es todo un lujo!!!! Volveremos, nos ha encantado!!!!
