Great except for one thing.

Overall a very nice hotel to stay at around Heathrow - great service, clean and good sized room and pretty quiet for being just off airport property. The huge downside was that they don't have their own airport shuttle (utilize something called Hotel Hoppa) which was extremely slow (waited for almost an hour at the airport) and cost 14 pounds per person round trip.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. It’s just what we needed to get our trip back on track.

Great place to stay for convenience to the airport. The shuttle bus is a "pay to use" system and isn't included-which is good to note before booking. Also "laundry facilities" are not an on site laundry as we thought it was-another thing worth noting before booking.
