Overpriced, automated check in and out so no one to answer questions. Room was extremely basic. Not on our list to return to.

Nobody at desk at night

The rooms were very clean and nice. Check-in was easy once we figured out how to do it. Unfortunately, at our later time of arrival, there was no one at the Fraser kiosk, and instructions were not left as to how to check in. We were incredibly fortunate that another guest had just experienced this same issue and told us that we have to check in at the hotel across the street. This could have been a horrendous experience had we not ran into someone else.

Beautiful property very very clean rooms a comfortable bed very cozy my one complaint is that they need to upgrade their AC it was very loud and hard to sleep. Over all a great stay.
