The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was awesome. The $30 parking fee is a bit much. As a matter of fact. When I returned to the hotel from the event that attended. There was no parking in the parking lot on the property, so I ended up having to park on the street. That is my only negative about the place.

It was convenient, close to downtown Annapolis. I was very disappointed that they charged extra for parking outside. We travel a lot for sports and we’ve never been charged for outdoor parking. We also had trouble finding an open sport which was close to the front door when it was raining. It was not clear at all that they would charge us $30 for parking, more than NY for a night. I will never stay here, again.

Property opened 5/2024. Still pristine when I visited with my fam. Free breakfast was very good. Gym is as you would expect in a Marriott- great. Staff working out some kinks in the check in process. Understandable to me as this is a new team. Nasty surprise when we checked in to learn there was a $30 parking fee. The lot is self park and an open lot. This was not disclosed when I booked on Expedia. I will not return to this property for this reason.

The overall hotel is very nice nothing to complain about! Only problem is that I have been charged 3x a random amount almost totaling for $1,000 and have had hard problems getting to the bottom of it. They say they will call back but never do and sometimes don’t even answer the phone.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites is a new hotel with rooms and bathrooms in excellent condition. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, which is a definite plus. However, the service during my stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes to check in, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I called the front desk twice from my room and let ring 20 times without any response. I eventually had to go downstairs to get someone to fix the safe, which was not working due to missing batteries. The room cleaning service was also problematic. I had to request it because it was not done at 4 PM. When the cleaning staff finally came, they took the towels that were on the racks, despite the hotel's instructions not to change them. They left a note saying they had run out of fresh towels, leaving us with only one bath towel to share. This was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, while the hotel's physical condition is excellent, the service issues were such that I can't recommend this hotel. I expected much better from a Marriott.

The breakfast was 3/5. I wish the breakfast meat itself was of better quality because the bacon strips were very thin. The greeting itself was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean and cozy. Parking was plentiful and the water pressure was outstanding. Upon waking up the hallway noise was noticeable but we may have just had noisy neighbors. Will definitely revisit and recommend for a small getaway or a cozy place to reside when visiting Annapolis. Almost forgot to mention, there is a police station directly across the street so no need to worry about security.

My wife and I along with our dog Milly were very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. All the staff were super kind and very accommodating. The hotel with the amount of people who stayed on this very popular weekend it was surprisingly quiet. We had a late check out about 1040 and nobody bombarded us in the morning. It was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had. We will be back in the near future. It was also not a bad walk to the downtown area.

Very poor Service. They don’t make up the rooms every day. They told us that they gave us a card when we checked in telling us that the rooms would not be made up. That was a falsehood. We asked the room to be made up. They said they would do it. They didn’t. This is a low class hotel. Strongly recommend finding a better place. For the price, it is a bad value.

Overpriced and underwhelming

This is a brand new hotel, which means it is clean and comfortable. However, there is no justification for charing $40/night for parking. They have their own parking lot and it’s not walkable to downtown.
