The hotel is not far from the cruise ship dock where we came into Genoa. Although it's not in the centre of town and restaurants, it's right near the Metro and only two stops into the centre, so it only takes 10 minutes to get there. And the Metro is free from 10am - 4pm and 8pm - 10pm.

the room is big, but the light not so bright enough. there were smell of a bit like cigarette, but i reckon that's the fragrance the hotel choose. the breakfast was cheap but good. the car park was a bit confuse to park the car.

I have made a reservation weeks ago in order to be sure to have a room with a baby cot. When we arrived we have been told that we had no baby cot and because of the late arrival no bed could be given because there was no one from the housekeeping available. Additionally the receptionist was impolite and rude. Hôtel to avoid with little children.

Je trouve que l'accueil n'était pas top , le personnel du soir n'était pas aussi accueillant que la personne qui était lors du check out qui était très serviable et souriante. Un parking est bien présent mais à l'extérieur. Apparemnt un autre parking est dispo mais était occupée. La chambre trèèès petite pour un hotel 4 étoiles.Heureusement que nous sommes restés une nuit pas plus. Au même prix ou même moins vous avez des hôtels au centre de Genova Un plus pour le petit déjeuner qui était très complet pour son prix avec un très bon café
