À peine arrivés à l’hôtel, nous avons été pris en charge tout de suite. Le personnel de l’accueil est extrêmement sympathique et parle plusieurs langues (merci à Ousama !). Nous avons fait un upgrade pour une chambre avec baignoire jacuzzi : spacieuse, propre et avec une très belle terrasse. Quelques traces de vétusté, mais rien de gênant. Le parc et les piscines sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus, rendant le séjour vraiment agréable. Les piscines “relaxing” sont calmes et il y a très peu d’enfants, un vrai plus ! Côté nourriture, c’est varié et bon pour un all inclusive. Quelques soucis de Wi-Fi vite réglés par l’accueil. Seul bémol : les animateurs pas très impliqués et un peu trop flirteuses/flirteurs meme avec les tres jeunes Pas mal de gens avec des tatouages natio ou n.azi (pas la faute de l’hotel) En résumé, un excellent séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci à tout le personnel, et tout particulièrement à Ousama ! 🌞

Gerçekten gerek yapı estetiği gerekse aktivite alanlarının dizaynı büyük bir otel için güzel ayarlanmış. Otelin her yerinde yeme içme ve dinlenme için ulaşılabilir bir potansiyel var. Yemekler ve özellikle tatlılar harika. Tüm Personel güleryüzlü, ilgili ve çalışkan, hiçbir şeyin eksikliğini hissetmedik. Daha ilk girişimizden ayrılışımıza kadar olan süreçte bize çok anlayışlı ve misafirperver davranan resepsiyonist Muhammed, Mazen, Mahmud ve isimini hatırlayamadığımız tüm personele ve otel yönetimine çok teşekkürler. Burayı kesinlikle yakınlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.

Sehr gutes All-inclusive Ressort in Makadi Bay, außerhalb von Hurghada. Bei Selbstbuchung unbedingt Transfer vom Flughafen vorab buchen. Taxi und Uber vom Flughafen nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes, präsentes Management, das offen und sehr schnell auf Kritik und Anregungen reagiert. Eigenes Hausriff, sehr durchdacht angelegte Anlage mit Ruhezonen UND Partybereich mit Animation. Essen deutlich hochwertiger als in anderen örtlichen Ressorts. Auch für anspruchsvollere Gäste gut geeignet. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man nicht Massentourismus mit Malle-Umfeld sucht. Hier bleibt man die ganze Zeit im Ressort oder macht geführte Ausflüge. Direkt im Hotelumfeld keine touristischen Angebote.

Sådär hotell för mycket security

Fint ställe bra mat i alla fall på deras egna restaurang tyvärr mötte inte den mexikanska restaurangen upp inte ens guacamole kunde göras god. Security var ytterligare en besvärande sak. När vi lämnat receptionen skulle ändå två personer till fråga oss om rums nummer och var våra all inclusive band var fast vi självklart hade lämnat de i receptionen.

Resort curato in tutte le aree, giardini molto curati. Grande spaziosa e pulita. Piscine di acqua di mare anche se riscaldate un po’ freddine. La spiaggia andrebbe risistemata. Accesso al mare dal pontile. Personale attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e disponibili. Ottimo il cibo e vario servito in un ambiente accogliente. Inglese indispensabile.

Gutes Hotel für welche mit weniger Budget! Personal und Essen TOP! Super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Hotel ist jedoch an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Animation ist bemüht aber nach oben ist noch viel Luft! Kann aber auch an der Nebensaison liegen! Strand mit Strandbar, leider sind die Liegen auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und man darf kein Essen oder Snacks von der Strandbar mit an den Strand nehmen! Der Strand ist hügelig und steinig (kein feiner Sand) Poolbars Top mit leckeren Cocktails

Kaunis iso hotelli. Upeat hyvin hoidetut pihat. Alas viettävä tontti josta mahtava merinäköala. Ilta ohjelma alkoi aina 20.45 hyviä esityksiä pääosin. Ruoka oli maistuvaa, jälkiruoat olivat aika lailla samoja koko 9 päivän ajan. A la cartea emme käyttäneet. Uima-altaan vesi kaikissa altaissa olisi voinut olla omaan makuun lämpöisempää. Tuli vain käytyä virkistäytymässä mutta 5 min jälkeen halusin tulla takaisin aurinkotuoliin. Meressä oli lämpöisemmän tuntuista uida lokakuussa. Tippejä ei pyydetty kertaakaan koko aikana mikä oli mukavaa. Rannalla uinti onnistuu vain laiturilta, koska ranta on koralliriutta, joka on kova ja vain kahluusyvyinen. Hotellin rannassa on hyvä sukelluskeskus jota käytimme 4 sukellukseen (hinta 35€ per sukellus joka sisälsi varusteet) Huoneet olivat isot, hyvä suihku hyvällä paineella ja lämmintä vettä riitti koko ajan hyvin, vaikka 3 asukasta otti pitkiä suihkuja. Hotellin tilat olivat hyvin siistit, mutta huoneet tarvitsisivat pientä huoltoa, Altaan pohjaventtiili oli rikki, yksi lamppu repsotti vähän. Mutta kaikenkaikkiaan olimme hyvin tyytyväisiä hotelliin. Taksin saa hotellin aulasta varattua, mutta se on paikallisia takseja moninkertaisesti kalliimpi. Toki suomalaisille silti kohtuuhintainen. Sovellustakseja ei myöhään illalla oikein saanut tilattua tänne koska hotelli sijaitsee niin sivussa kaikesta. Päivällä kyllä onnistuu. Hyvät kokemukset Careem apista. (Uberin tekemä appi eqyptiin, toimii englanniksi)

Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen loud videos on their phones without headphones, and this impacted mood but to be fair that is not the resort’s responsibility. The upgrade did significantly improve our overall experience, really worth it.

Ce n est un pas un hotel c est un merveilleux village très bien desservi pour profiter pleinement de son offre all inclusive La nourriture est très bonne le service merveilleux 4 piscines et pleins d activités Le seul bémol c est la plage il faudrait faire un plus d efforts il faut aussi prévoir des sandales pour accéder à la plage sinon vous pouvez faire de plongée sous-marine car au dessous de la jetée un aquarium naturel gratis et à votre service N oubliez pas de ramener avec vous des casques avec un tuba car le spectacle est magique En résumé top j y retournerai sûrement Inchallah

Relaxing stay at the resort

We stayed here for 5 days. We mostly had a nice, relaxing stay. The property is a bit outdated as it was built in 2007 but it's being kept in a nice condition. The aircon doest work peoperly in the rooms, sometimes it just blows air and it's very loud but it doesn't cool the room down at all. Other times it doesn't work at all. There are times when it works too. We asked for a take away breakfast one morning as we had an early start to go diving. We got 2 'sandwiches' each, one of them had a piece of ham in it and nothing else, the other a piece of cheese and nothing else. We also got some sweet pastry and apples. We also both got a mild case of food poisoning the next day (not sure if it was from the breakfast or other food in the resort). From then on we avoided fresh vegetables and fruits as we figured those are being washed with tap water most likely. The staff is very helpful, they try to do what they can to make the guests happy with their stay. The rooms are large, there's a big choice of foods for all 3 meals (it's all inclusive). There are several pools at the resort but they are not shaded at all, which makes it impossible to use them if you don't want to be exposed to direct sun. So overall a great stay even though it might not be 5* in international standards.

Otel çok güzeldi, Antalya standartlarında keyifli bir konaklama sağladı. Odalar geniş ve konforlu odaların pek çoğu Deniz manzaralı, hizmet ve personel güzeldi, yemeklerde çeşitli ve bizim damak lezzetimize yakın, havuz alternatifleri bol, denizi taşlık ve sahilden girişte sadece yürünebiliyor, yüzmek için iskeleye çıkıyorsunuz, orası da derin deniz, 4 5 yaşına kadar çocuklu aileler için sahil-deniz uygun, fiyat performans olarak çok rahatlıkla tavsiye edilir, memnun kaldık, bir daha geliriz. Resepsiyonda Muhammed çok misafir perverdi, ayrıca otelin yiyecek direktörü de bizden:) Selahattin Bey, ellerinize sağlık, güzel hatıralar ile ayrıldık.

Wir waren vom 07.04. 3 Wochen im Serenity Makadi Beach Hotel eingebucht. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas abgelegen aber das wollten wir auch so. Einfach abschalten und kein Rummel drum herum. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal super nett, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es gibt mehrere Pools mit Bar"s. Die Essenauswahl ist riesig und verhungern muss man nicht. Unsere nächste Reise wird wieder dort hin gehen.

Bien, mais peu mieux faire

La plage pourrait être mieux aménagée, baignade impossible , juste par le ponton pour la plongée où Il n’y a rien pour poser ses lunettes, chaussures, serviette. On doit remplir un formulaire pour descendre dans l’eau écrit en allemand, même pas en anglais. Transats et parasols très vieux. La seule piscine chauffée est trop petite et peu chauffée Pas de zone non fumeur aux terrasses

Check-in & check-out was friendly and efficient. General Manager, Aladdin was attentive, courteous and passionate about customer satisfaction. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were specious, clean, comfortable. The shower was spacious, easy to use and had a good pressure. The grounds were attractive and well maintained. Various pools available and all were clean, tidy and appropriately staffed. Good selection of food on offer during the three dining times.
