Fantastic hotel - pure luxury, and great location, too. Very nice staff, excellent surroundings. Only downside might be the proximity to the water works (a dam), which MIGHT be a problem if you are very sensitive to sound. Turned out not to be a problem for us, though.

The hotel reception staff are incompetent, I had a reservation at Bergström Hotel Lüneburg, and the staff couldn't find it, but kept talking about the name of the hotel chain, which is strange, because the hotel has more than ten names on the hotel website! Maybe the staff should be trained, and tell the other names too! There should also be clearer name signs in the hotel area, because the hotel is in many different buildings.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist auf ein paar Gebäuden aufgeteilt, so das man über eine Brücke im freien gehen muss. Was zwar sehr schön ist aber wenn es regnet unangenehm ist. Für die Garage bezahlt man 20 Euro, es sind aber fast keine Plätze vorhanden und diese Plätze sind extrem klein! Leider konnten wir das Pool nicht benützen, das es nicht in Betrieb war, obwohl das Wasser in Becken war und alles wunderbar ausgesehen hat, auch auf die Nachfrage warum, wurde nur gesagt, dass es am nächste Tag wieder in Betrieb genommen wird. Finde ich nicht in Ordnung, da bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde! Insgesamt gesehen ein tolles Hotel aber sehr unflexibel!!!
