Das B&B Hotel war perfekt. Sehr sauber und auch sehr zentral gelegen. Eine schlechte Bewertung muss man leider aber Expedia geben, da leider trotz Buchung und vorab Bezahlung dem Hotel keine Buchung von mir vorlag. Dies scheint wohl leider sehr oft zu passieren. Ich konnte somit nicht online Einchecken da die Buchungsnummer leider nicht existiert hat. Das Hotel hat dies aber dann für mich geklärt und ich habe mein Zimmer bekommen. So was geht gar nicht und ich werde keine Buchung mehr über Expedia machen.

Das Hotel war gut und empfehlenswert. Zimmer sauber, ruhig und gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof aus erreichbar. Einziges Manko war der Check-in im Eingangsbereich. Hat leider am Bildschirm nicht funktioniert. Zwei weiteren Frauen ging es ebenso, sodass wir anrufen mussten. Per Telefon wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen und der Code und die Zimmernummer mitgeteilt.

Leider ist das Hotel noch gar nicht fertig. Keine Rezeption. Kein Frühstück. Kein Ansprechpartner. Sind die Fußböden ohne Trittschalldämmung gemacht? Es wirkt trotz Filzfussboden merkwürdig. Sehr spartanisch, wie erwartet, aber auch sauber.

Alles in allem gut...wir kommen gerne wieder

Noch im Bau, beeinträchtigt aber den Aufenthalt nicht. Derzeit noch kein Frühstück dort möglich, aber in der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker. Parkhaus direkt gegenüber...Einfahrt Sparkassen Parkhaus...Leider nur bis abends 20 Uhr nutzbar...also Auto dort stehen lassen und mit der Straßenbahn fahren...zur Einfahrt zum Parkhaus hier fehlt m. E. nach eine Ausschilderung...Straßenbahn 2 und 4 fußläufig echt gut zu erreichen...man kommt so direkt in die Innenstadt oder auch zur Messe...Betten sind etwas hart...

Technisch gut, schlechte Umsetzung

Codierung als Zimmerschlüssel gute Idee, jedoch funktioniert nicht zuverlässig, und dass ohne Servicepersonal bei Problemen. Weiterhin wurde einer Mitreisenden ein anderer, geringerer Rechnungsbeleg ausgestellt, als der Zahlenden, und als Dem Konto belastet (höher). Was ist mit der Differenz? Es ist nicht die Übernachtungssteuer der Stadt Erfurt.

Das Hotel ist noch im Bau. Kein Frühstück verfügbar, da der Frühstücksraum noch nicht fertig ist. Bauarbeiten und Baulärm. Zimmer ist ok gewesen, allerdings roch es, als hätte der Vorgänger Wok-Gerichte gekocht. Die Rezeption war aber immer wenn ich da war geschlossen, daher auch keine Lösung. Die Lage ist gut fußläufig zur Stadt.

Leider war das Hotel noch im Bauzustand. Zimmer war fertig. Kein Telefon, keine Minibar, Handtücher ohne Haken, Rezeption provisorisch in einem Zimmer. Keine öffentlichen Bereiche- keine Lobby, kein Frühstück im Bad unschöne Gerüche Für die Leistung war der Preis einfach unangemessen.
