First of all the room had a weird smell. Secondly, there were silverfish in the room. In addition there were no refrigerator/minibar or coffee/tee in the room (could be added for an extra charge.) Also, I paid extra to get a "garden view", but this was as dreary as any street view.

Very cute and relaxed large lounge area and spacious hotel room. Very clean, well maintained. Loved it! Plus I have to give a shout- out to Drilon and Antonio who really welcomed me at check-in and made sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel has a stylish and clean interior, but unfortunately, the service did not live up to expectations. Basic amenities such as a refrigerator or the ability to make warm drinks in the room are not included—you have to pay extra, which was quite disappointing. The online check-in and check-out process was difficult to navigate. Fortunately, there was still staff available who were helpful during check-in. My room faced the street and was extremely noisy, making it hard to get a proper night's sleep. While the hotel looks good on the surface, the lack of comfort and convenience made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

This was a great affordable experience! We were welcomed by the staff at an instant, even though we showed up four hours ahead of our check in time we were told our room would be moved to the front of the line to be cleaned and ready. We were on our room within the hour. Upon request our room was cleaned. It was very cleanly. The hotel was great and very close to the train. It was our first time in Vienna and found the train simple to navigate and cheap. While we didn’t eat or go around the area of the hotel much we enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel’s bar at night. Will stay again!
