An Excellent Stopover

My husband and I are frequent travellers and have stayed in many types of hotels, but we had never booked with this group. The price of the room with kitchenette and all facilities was very affordable and the room was clean, comfortable and bright. The young gentleman receptionist was uber-helpful and polite and he made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cela fait plusieurs annĂ©es que nous venons dans ce lieu, on en a pour le prix et cela nous satisfait en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Cette fois ci nous avons signalĂ© que la plaque Ă©lectrique ne fonctionnait pas, on a eu aucun retour et chauffer au micro ondes pendant plus de 30mn est assez galĂšre. On y est restĂ© deux nuits, on ne demande ni de faire le lit ou changer les serviettes mais au moins vider les poubelles serait top car avec la chaleur c’est pas terrible niveau odeurs, quand on fait Ă  manger, je n’ose pas imaginer si on y reste plus longtemps. Il y a quand mĂȘme le nom HĂŽtel dans l’intitulĂ© de votre Ă©tablissement, on aimerait retrouver les mĂȘmes services. A part cela rien a dire sur le personnel aimable, que ce soit Ă  l’accueil au resto petit dej’ oĂč les femmes de MĂ©nage rencontrĂ©es dans les couloirs, le petit dĂ©jeuner bien. Si vous pouviez repenser Ă  mettre la tĂ©lĂ© sur le mur devant le lit, ça Ă©viterait le torticolis, ça c’est un plus 😊
