Super great set up and view

I’ve stayed here before and hope to get back again . A very nice , older but renovated , Alpine village type hotel just a short walk from town . Very reasonably priced with a nice morning view .

Chalet Don’t!!

We killed a roach. Toilet had hair in it so didn’t feel like it was clean. Room was dusty like hadn’t been used in a while. Sheets had stains on them.

Don't stay at the Fabulous Chalet Inn

I booked this hotel because it was labeled as pet friendly on the site hotels.com. When i get here i was told that dogs are not allowed but they would allow my dog to stay as long as i didn't leave him in the room alone. There were several dogs in the hotel on big one next to my room that barked every time i left the room. Then the people upstairs kept either moving furniture around all night or they were bowling.

Easy pass next time

Stayed in room 202. This place was just OK. Having to go down the hill to check in at the EconoLodge was inconvenient but at least you could park in their lot instead of having to hike up and down that hill to the main strip. Gal at check-in was very nice and accommodating. Accomodations were blah. Very boring and felt more like a dungeon. Glad it was only for one night.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Chalet Inn. It was very reasonably priced and was a rather large room with a beautiful view of Gatlinburg. The room was already warm and cozy when we arrived which was really nice, considering the temps were in the teens! The Inn is obviously older, but the wonders keep it clean and maintained. I would definitely recommend Chalet Inn, especially if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great stay and location!

Our room was huge! It had access to a lovely patio, and walk way over looking the pool. Room seemed to be updated, and plenty of parking. Well laid out too, you’re never to close to the other parties.

Guy, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The view from the giant window at night was absolutely amazing! Since we were away from all the buildings, it felt so quiet and peaceful, yet the night sky was still beautifully lit up. I loved every moment of it! The only little hiccup was that we didn’t realize we had to sign in at the Econo Lodge front desk, which seemed a bit unusual. But overall, everything else was great!

Be sure to ask for accessible accommodations, lots of narrow staircases. Quiet, clean and could use some new sheets.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was a little dated but not dirty. Very beautiful and rustic building and outdoor areas. Construction happening behind unit, but it wasnt loud. We saw a Bear in the parking lot, we thought that was pretty cool. Would stay here again.
