This is our favourite hotel in Greece! We’ve come a couple of times now (it’s the only hotel we’ll stay now). Sophia at the front desk is so wonderful and friendly, she gave us lots of recommendations. Luxurious rooms, bedding, amenities in a fantastic location. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

This Hotel was great all around. I stayed in two different rooms on the same floor and they were all great, spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff all of them and shoutout to the two Sophia(s) and the manager at the front desk were all great. You are in the middle of everything with the location of this hotel. I will look no further on my next visit to Thessaloniki haha : ) thanks guys!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, aber es gibt ein paar Details, auf die man besser achten sollte. Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt – super zentral und alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Außerdem sind Gebäude und Einrichtung wirklich schön: ein klassisches Haus mit modernem Ambiente. Verbesserungspotenzial: Weniger gut fanden wir, dass das Frühstück nur im Zimmer serviert wird. Zum einen hatten wir keinen richtigen Platz zum Essen, die Tabletts passten auf keinen Tisch. Eine Enttäuschung war auch der Kleiderschrank: Die Kleiderbügel wirkten wie eine zufällige Sammlung aus dem Sperrmüll – so etwas passt unserer Meinung nach nicht zu einem Hotel mit Designanspruch. Am störendsten war jedoch das Waschbecken im Bad: Es brauchte ewig, bis das Wasser ablief. Nach dem Rasieren oder Zähneputzen sah man die Reste minutenlang im Wasser kreisen. Selbst wenn es schließlich ablief, blieben Rückstände im Becken. Alles wirkt modern, ist aber nicht sehr funktional. Fazit: Es gibt viele Pluspunkte, aber auch einige Schwächen. Insgesamt hatten wir uns ein wenig mehr erwartet.

I had to unexpectedly stay another night in Thessaloniki and booked the Zenith Hotel at the last minute. We had a junior suite, which was incredibly stylish and comfortable, as well as a great price. The design of the hotel and rooms is great (I would suggest installing shelves by the bathroom sink) The hotel is also right in the city center, one block from the waterfront. There is a parking garage a half block from the hotel. The front desk staff was incredible during check in and check out. Sophia kindly printed a document for me and even put it in a plastic sleeve for protection I will definitely stay here again

Gem found in Thessaloniki

This hotel has excellent staff and the breakfast is superb. The location of the hotel is prime for exploring the waterfront and is close to Aristotle Square and many historic stores. The waterfront is roughly a 5 kilometer stretch that is used by runners, bikers, and walkers.

The staff at Zenith Premium are wonderful. They answered all my questions and gave recommendations where to eat. The hotel is located very close to restaurants, waterfront area, many cafes, shopping and Aristotle square where many tour pick ups are located

It is very centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and shops, and specifically the waterfront. Parking was ok. It’s adjacent to the hotel, paid parking and congested. Rooms are lovely, modern and high ceilings. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially Anestis!

Mega skuffende værelser og meget larm

Meget larmende hotel. Værelse ligger lige ud til elevatoren så der er rigtig meget larm rigtig meget gennemgang. Morgenmad kan først fås efter klokken 8 og bliver leveret til dit værelse men der er ikke noget ordentligt sted at spise på værelset man kan sidde på sengen som ikke er særlig fedt. Lever slet ikke op til den beskrivelse og de billeder man får når man kigger på hotel.com
