We had a pleasant stay at Life Residence, had some issues but they were promptly resolved. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we were promptly moved to a different room. Tried to wash clothes in the laundry room but machines didn’t work properly we wasted a lot of time but again they promptly helped and paid for us to use a laudromat nearby. Bed was smaller than expected but confortable. Pool area was nice with a great view of the city. Location was the best , close to attractions and shopping area.

So we had drilling noise allday, Pool and sauna closed, whirlpool was nothing more than a cold bath, kitchen had no utensils, tv did not work. And receptionist just lifts the shoulder and looks away. What a silly place. Better have chosen another spot

Razoável! A expectativa estava lá em cima, porém, o custo bem alto pelo fato da hidromassagem, só que ela fica no tempo sem proteção e para contribuir a porta da sala não pode ser aberta em caso de chuva, pois a agua prejudica o piso interno e seus móveis. Como sugestão essa area externa da suite deve ser coberta além de trazer conforto aos seus hóspedes protege do sol e chuva e se torna usável.
