The place is nice however the rooms are really small in comparison to the pictures on the website. The bathroom and shower space is so small. However, breakfast is amazing!

Excellent property with a very unique design concept. Excellent innovation at full display. Just loved how the reception area eases into the Bar and dinning area. The one thing that I didn't like for the Room with the Balcony was noises from the metal roof from even slight rain drops.

Never booking again!

My stay was terrible, the towels were old and dirty looking. The TV remote wasnt working and when i asked for a battery replacement, they brought old used dead batteries to replaced the dead batteries in the remote. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. I left mid breakfast and went to Radisson to have a proper breakfast. They had contractors fixing blinds at the entrance and there was no health and safety precautions in place. They were literally telling people to walk under the scaffolding. I am sticking to Radisson or Sarovar. If you are there on the weekends, its absolutely a crowded arena for every tom, dick and harry. Never going back there.

After decades of travel to Zambia...what a disaster - from housekeeping to room service that takes hours, you wake up thirsty wanting something to drink you are told to come downstairs to use a vending machine, to basics missing at breakfast, to noise in the parking lot as they are in a communal location so prepare to be kept awake and then woken up again by praise and worship services singing and university youngsters rage partying in adjacent lot all night, then there is the loud birthday parties in the lobby, and most disappointingly a totally disinterested management who took no accountability or made no effort to rectify the issues - even after being called by our head office who was concerned about the living conditions that the team were experiencing. The biggest mistake was not paying attention to the other reviews which say the same thing, dirty and noisy and awful standards. Great location for locals to take selfies and LEAVE. A "hotel"? No. Stick to the established brands until this hotel releases that they are in the SERVICE industry. Never again.

Goed nieuw hotel.

Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug.

Rezeption freundlich, Zimmer etwas klein aber sauber, kein Badmantel umd keine Finken. Da wir im Restaurant eine Ewigkeit nicht bedient wurden, Hatton wir unser Nachtessen wo anders. Leider such kein Moskitospray I'm Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess zu Wünschen übrig.

The hotel has an outstanding location and the staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. But the hotel seems to be run to look nice rather than function properly. The WIFI is frankly non existent which I would say is an essential when charging such a premium for a hotel. Rooms are on the small size and lack basic things such a shelves in the bathroom for towels and anywhere in the shower to place shampoo etc. The water was rarely hot so cold showers are the norm most days. If they improved a few details, specifically the WiFi I would consider returning but as it is now, I wouldn’t come back.

The property has a nice ambiance and the lobby is beautifully decorated. We got the superior twin room but found it to be a bit small and missing a few things that would make the stay excellent such as a soap holder in the shower, a sanitary bin in the bathroom and wardrobes that do not make a load sound when closing. I would also advise that they do something about the flies in the dining area as they can be quite annoying and there should be an easy solution to this. Otherwise the staff is super friendly and the front desk staff are particulalrly accommodating and attentive. I really appreciated the jazz music that played in the lobby and dining area and the spa was neat and clean - I had a good foot massage.
