It's a fine hotel. It's far off the beaten path so don't expect any amenities and if you're not driving you'll need an uber to get anywhere. It's a good alternative to the more expensive airport hotels, even with the added cost of an uber.

Located between two busy roads and not walkable unless you’re going to a soccer/football match and roads are closed. Uber to downtown or train stations. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix trouvé sur Nice. Il est quand même recommandé d'être véhiculé (parking sous terrain à 12€, mais possibilité de garer non loin gratuitement). Hôtel propre et équipé, personnel avenant et discret, chambre très convenable et propres. Séjour agréable.

Hôtel récent mais décevant sur plusieurs aspects. Le parking souterrain est très étroit, difficile d'accès, avec un nombre limité de places — attention aux rayures ! J’ai finalement dû me garer sur la voie publique. Côté chambre, l’isolation phonique est insuffisante : un large jour sous la porte laisse passer la lumière… et surtout le bruit des autres clients. Pour le tarif proposé et l’emplacement, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
