Weekend Getaway
Pleasantly eccentric hotel. Had a very welcoming feel, it is a little dated but it adds to the charm. As long as you are aware that it will have an older feel you will be pleasantly surprised about the coziness. The front desk was very helpful throughout our stay.

Rustic, Clean Facility
We were impressed with the rustic mountain appearance of the facility. Staff was quite friendly and helpful as well. Convient location to Crater Lake National Park.

Rustic Motel
Rustic motel that reminds you of your Grandma’s house. Stuff hanging from every wall, a bedspread but very clean. Bathroom does need some updating though.

Charming, fun and rustic
We stayed here on our way to Crater Lake National Park. The Woodsman Country Lodge was wonderful, very cozy and friendly. Quirky, definitely not like your cutout hotel chain experience. We loved it.
Cute small country town, next to a locals hang out tavern, was inviting and humble.

Wow!
I was on the road looking for a place to stay on the inexpensive side. I was so happy I ran into this hotel. It’s a little dated as the TV is the old-school kind. But this customer service cleanliness and atmosphere well made up for it. Across the street is a very good place to eat. Called Bigfoot. Don’t pass it up.

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a great off the grid spot to visit with two bars/restaurants right across the street. The staff was lovely and the accommodations are something to tell your friends about. My only complaint is that they need to pull out their tables and do a little bit of a deep clean, but besides that five star.

It was a nice overnight stay. AC is a window unit. Decorations was all wildlife which was nice except the odd toliet seat that was razor blades? The toilet seat affected nothing, just odd, so we'd stay again.

Smelled like maple syrup?
I couldn't place the smell exactly, but it was a bit sticky and a bit sweet....maybe remnants of tobacco and pet odors? The air conditioner roared all night, which partially drowned out the noisy neighbors, and the room had a functional refrigerator/microwave/coffeemaker for the morning. We picked the place for its north-side access to Crater Lake and its EV charger ($10!); it did the job.

The lady in the office was so nice and welcoming! The room is a little outdated, but it is very clean. Overall a good experience and just what I needed passing through town.

Amazing room with great Western & Wood decor! Hot tub worked great; water hot. Bed was very comfortable. The owners really went overboard with the room furnishings!
Big screen TV worked great. Check-in was easy. All good!
