Great hotel But was busy due to a concert. Therefore long cue for check in but went pretty quickly. They where well prepared for this. Unfortunatly the bed for our son was not made up even after 4 request. Finnaly was made at night after the concert and we received a voucher as an apology. Nice hotel and nice staff.

The staff is super disrespectful, the least helpful. The property is good but it clearly shows lack of management and that it’s still new and they are not good at what they do. New four-stars hotel with some things to improve

For a very reasonable price, I got a room on the 7th floor with views of the Neirborgh office building’s façade. The room was spacious and filled with natural light. However, the ventilation and air conditioning worked very poorly. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night, trying in vain to adjust the thermostat. I was also quite surprised that a four-star hotel didn’t provide a minibar in the room, and that none of the windows could be opened. The elevators use a system that is not user-friendly and quite confusing, with very little information provided. The QR code on the room cards leads to a website where the information about the rooms and hotel services is incomplete.
