Absolutely great little hotel. Raul check me in very polite and friendly staff. Great rooms and overall look and feel about the hotel. Breakfast was fresh lots of choice and friendly girl catering for what you may want. Feel confident in booking this hotel. Also very close to the marina. Perfect location for a Santa Pola vacation. Very close to the city with lots of restaurants and the beach. The hotel was very clean and nice and the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back to Hotel Narcea!

Conveniently placed in the centre of town however, one of the two rooms we booked was claustrophobic (107). Also the towels smelled sour, vinegar. This was the 2nd time we booked this hotel. It was fine the 1st time, but very disappointing the 2nd time. Need to keep an eye on their laundry service.
