Location is great - very close to the metro line that we used the most. The room was fine with a city and tower view, huge window, relatively spacious bathroom, pyjamas, coffee table and a desk, small fridge, air conditioning etc.
Downward was the smell of an old apartment in our room. The last day we also got a not fully clean towel with something stuck in it (probably, it didn’t get off during washing). Some supplementaries are offered for free by reception (tea bags, razors, hair brush etc.) which is good in terms of sustainability.
The biggest disappointment was the service at check-in - we arrived before the check-in time and were only suggested to store the luggage at the luggage room and wait in the lobby, so not even a payable option of early check-in. We had literally to sleep in the lobby after 14 hours flight.
